    PC Users...
Diid you see the issue some are having with the "Movies" only being in 720p?
There is a fix to force 1080p.
    Info is on STEAM.

I absolutely love the inclusion of the memorial wall. There really is weight in everything you do. It makes me feel nervous throughout the game and I love that.

I think it may be wise to never send out a full squad of your best guys. Mix it in with some rookies. That way you can use them as runners/recon and also the ones that survive can rank up. That way if you have a fully stocked squad get wiped you won't panic. Because reloading game saves won't do this game justice! Live with your choices.

Started doing this, been rotating my top squad mates in and out regularly with some of my lower ranked squad members.

Been doing this as well, you are better off having 1 or 2 Squaddies/lower ranked guys with you most times. Like you said, use them as runner/fodder (lol) and if they survive its an added bonus.

Which is why I absolutely love having that perk that all new squadmates are automatically squaddies so you know what they are. It is expensive ($250 I believe) but worth it if you use rookies a lot.

Walking by a GameStop today to visit the mom.

Will I be able to resist urge to add to my PS3 Collection...

Resistance is futile. I think that's how it goes right?

It's horrible, I continually go on tapatalk and check for updates/tips/info in this thread even while I'm here at work.

Then when I get home, check again on my laptop then play the damn game some more. I'll tell ya, it's a vicious cycle.

If you get the game it will brainwash you to go straight home instead of visiting your mom to play it. Aliens are ruthless.

Is it true the enemies tend to hunker down and don't seek out combat very much? They tend to wait to be discovered?

Are smoke grenades in the game? They were a huge part of the original game. What about different types of ammo? Some of my fondest gaming memories are XCom missions that took place on farms. I would station soldiers outside the barn door and then set the barn on fire with incendiary rockets. When the aliens tried to flee the fire, they would be mowed down by my soldiers. It was beautiful. :-)
Hoping incendiary and armor piercing ammo are once again included in the game.

Thanks and keep the impressions coming!
On normal difficulty the enemies don't run as many patrols as on Classic and Impossible. But on any ufo mission and of course all terror missions they will run patrols and sometimes even spawn right next to your squad.
