I could care less about the friends on console...I'll make new PC friends, same way I did with Evolve found a great group on that... 10:00 mark alone..

This sold it for me...PC only.

Yeah I wasn't trying to argue. I agree with you about the superiority of that version. I just know guys like candy and bolt made playing ESO a wa better experience for me on ps4 than it was on console.

The PC version looks amazing without a doubt

I'm hoping in the retail version of the game we have trading and whatnot. I would have happily paid bolt back the 400 funds he lost because I accidentally shot the wrong guy on that one incident when we were on our way to the safehouse. If we are able to trade funds/items in any way I'll be happy to reimburse anyone for a mistake like that

My biggest problem is I see something shooting and my automatic reaction is to return fire. I know it sucks for my teammates a couple times they paid for my mistake but its hard for me to sit there and be like "ok I just got shot in the face but I won't react"
Haha, I did the same thing. On our first attempted extraction for our group, we had about 5 seconds left till the chopper arrived when I saw two guys storming towards us. I instinctively fired on them so we wouldn't lose our loot. I felt bad, but I was dropped repeatedly trying to extract solo last night, so I was getting that loot come hell or high water.

I might have felt bad. Maybe not.

Don't sweat it bro, in that environment any one of us could have done the same thing. There's a lot going on and a stray bullet is bound to hit the wrong target.

Lol yeah man I feel you

I think the dark zone has crazy insane potential

I don't know how they could pull it off, but if they could maybe tweak it just a little to where there's more risk for legit going rogue but also more wiggle room for maybe someone who accidentally shot someone one time, something like that I definitely wouldn't mind.

Right now I feel like a full group of rogue agents is gonna be crazy hard to deal with. I'm not saying it should be easy, but maybe if a team goes full rogue all the way to manhunt status they can allow two groups to team up to hunt them down together or something like that.

Anyway, I've decided I'm gonna switch my pulse to the signal jammer one to stop us getting pulsed by rogues. I know candy and bolt have the increased damage one so I can probably contribute more with the support mod

Edit: I understand that a rogue team is gonna have randoms across the map hunting them down anyway, what I meant by two non-hostile groups teaming up is they would have the no friendly fire bonus applied to 8 players to avoid mistakes in the manhunt

I know someone mentioned earlier that the story was only 4 hours long but it seems like there will be side missions etc to also do so I would assume it would last longer thatn 4 hours?

Yeah, I've been running the jammer. I feel that it probably saved me a couple of times while extracting solo.

The M1A and the Caduceus make an amazing combo. Pretty sure when it releases that's the combo I'm sticking with early on till I find better. That was easily the best combo in the beta for me.

No biggie, now I totally understand. This morning me & Candy were in the DZ at the extraction zone on the rooftop and things got sketchy. Between the AI, the other agents, I shot an agent by mistake and it cost me 200 DZ cash and Candy 500 ouch lol.

Nah man, it's all good. Me dying was meant to be because after I died I spawned into the safe zone away from all them rogues outside and was able to comfortably buy my Caduceus with what I had left!

I was pissed initially but it's def no biggie. The cash loss doesn't equate to the fun we have running around in the DZ.

                        Good times as always Jare.

I just found this on VG 24/7

To get a handle on the campaign, how big is the story mode? Obviously one of your first missions as a player is to secure a Safe House which then unlocks three missions, each related to the three wings or specialism – Medical, Technical and security. But from that, how big is the entire campaign?

There’s a generous handful of each missions tied to each wing for the main campaign. There’s more than 10 main missions which are these combat focused, rollercoaster rides, more linear experiences, to balance out the complete freedom of the open world, which is a big part of the formula.

With our open world you can go anywhere. But you can also commit to a focused mission, where you can try out all those skills and stats you’ve been building and crafting. Put it to the test in one of these experiences we’ve build as the campaign missions and of course the side missions.

That seems like it would be more than 4 hours to me.

It's definitely unfair to judge the final game's story based on what the beta has to offer, which has been stripped down majorly I'm sure. I mean c'mon, what game in history has ever had a beta or demo with the full story included? With that said, I feel confident that the full release story will exceed 4 hours by far.

It's not that it's a bad game, but the premise of it isn't something I'm interested in.
