Day 3 for me (I'll consider midnight and following morning two separate days) and after a little 30 minute play through before work, I can't stop thinking about the game.

I come here to read what everyone is doing. I go to reddit to see the conversations. I had such an amazing 30 minutes today. The best time I've had.

Now that everything makes so much more sense. I'm not just staring at the inventory screen trying to figure out how things work, the game has opened up.

Other than having to expend more resources to fly to where you died, I didn't notice any at all. I had all my stuff back

I have decided to hold off getting this, the game looks cool and I watched streams all day yesterday but I don't feel this is worth the $60 tag. I will definitely pick it up later down the road on sale.

This game is so different from anything I've played, played for like 6 straight hours last night. Loads of fun but it's not something I see myself playing long term.

I actually don't like that. I hope they can change that to where if you are attacked and die in space, you lose your crap....at least your cargo

Holy Crap!!! I was impatient and wanted to fly as soon as I could. You will really appreciate the game more after your first trip out in orbit

Yeah they should I agree. For me since I had no idea what was happening initially or how to fight in space I'm glad I could go back and get it.

How do you find your way back to a place on a world that you have discovered?

I discovered a place and left the planet, I've now returned and I see no markers to get back to to the same place.

Huh? I was saying that I think that Sean gave out the impression to people that don't understand the game they everyone was in a persistent Universe.....Ya know, like an MMO. That is not the case. I don't see why my comment was "lame".

I doubt this will just hang in the air with no resolution.

I don't know man, I remember him doing a Stephen Cobert segment where he flat out said multiplayer was a thing. Now it's a theoretical thing. Why was this game sold without us knowing this pretty important info? Lack of PS plus requirement would suggest no multiplayer but they're intentionally not clarifying while the game is currently being sold.

                      It's fishy man.

I've never once had the impression that this game had multiplayer, I always thought it was single player. Not really sure what the big deal is, it actually makes sense it doesn't have MP because part of the lure of the game is exploring on your own and feeling alone other than the creatures/aliens you run into.

If you need MP to enjoy this game then just hop in a party with your buds and enjoy the laughs as you explore, or just pass on it.

The creator of the game seems super genuine, I doubt he lied just to get people to buy it.

The problem is he's never given the very easy answer you just did and at times has actually said he exact opposite.

I can't remember the last non-sports game where I played roughly about 6 hours playing a game. It's definitely a different kind of game with lots of adventures awaiting for you. If you've ever dreamed about traveling the universe then this game should please you. The grand size of everything to depict what the universe is like is what's most impressive. It made an immediate good impression thus far on me.

My god, if this game was in VR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
