You could try a pre-work supp like No-xplode or superpump250. They are a bit expensive but make you feel like you could run through a brick wall.

Green tea is high in caffeine or you can just take a caffeine tablet if coffee is a no go. I hate black coffee so i just have a coffee with a little bit of milk and a few splenda's or a sugar free red bull if I'm feeling sluggish.
You don't really 'need' any of these things though, I just find they can help occasionally when I'm feeling lazy.

. I appreciate the help man. I figured the carbs in the OJ would help keep me going. I just feel like black coffee would be a little odd before a workout, unless that's the norm. Are there any other healthy alternatives to getting some caffeine into me before the workout?
