Started my fast as of 7pm CST - going strong so far, feeling great after working out and drinking so much damn water

It's really important to set up the fast time for an interval that is comfortable with the schedule. I tried orginally to set it up for 4pm to 4pm, but that would not have worked with my 12-830pm work shift (lunch is at 4 pm).
I enjoyed the ebook - good read, definitely learned some things and its refreshing - definitely shared some ideas with friends who are struggling - but alas, that word "fasting" is highly frowned upon.
