    I want to cheat on my diet...but with the ECA stack I don't even want to eat.

    Seriously...I have a whole thing of ice cream in the freezer I was going to dig into. Haven't touched it. I've got to force myself to eat.

    I did make a really good burger today with some habenero monterey jack cheese mixed in. I had that and some cookies...

    Usually my cheat days are crazy

      I like them. Where do you get them? I definitely need something to snack on besides the chips. My thing is I do good during the week but on Friday I game with friends and that's the time I usually drink a little alcohol and snack.

        Yeah I also like pumpkin seeds but not sure where to get them. And Fridays and Saturdays are the worst for me as far as eating.

          I think everyone is different in regards to that shakiness sensation when not eating etc. It must be related to blood sugar i guess because i can now go 24 hours on a fast with no issues whatsoever (not light headed, no shakiness, can work out fine etc) but when i first did it I was like that. My wife gets dizzy if she misses a meal and even though she is on a low cal diet she couldn't do what i do or she'd pass out.

          I'm about 2/3rd's into another 24 hour fast at the moment (my 4th since starting the Eat, Stop, Eat technique) and feel great. Plenty of energy, only slight hunger occasionally (drinking lots of water helps) and i'm in a fantastic mood.

          I little history about myself: When i was a youngster i was fat. I was like a little offensive lineman from the age of 8 untill i was about 12-13 years old and weighed about 80kg (roughly 175lbs) which on a 5'4 12 year old is a LOT. In the last 3 years of high school my mother said i was old enough to start making my own lunch so she stopped making it for me. I was so lazy I basically stopped taking lunch and didn't eat lunch mon-fri for nearly 3 years while i was at school. I also started playing lots of sport and lifting weights a lot as well. By the time school had finished i was in great shape, had a mean 6 pack, was 6'0 was one of the school's best athletes and had no trouble with the ladies.

          I know there is a lot of strongly held beliefs that low cal diets are harmful but for those 3 years i wouldn't have been eating anymore that 1000 cals per day at the most while doing heaps of exercise and weight lifting and i was a lean, well muscled machine, not some "skinny fat" guy.

          I honestly believe if you are doing some decent resistance training your body will hold onto it's muscle very effectively despite the cal deficit.

              Lol yeah but i bet you had a pretty good time.

              I diet/workout pretty religiously but ya gotta live your life as well.

              Man i wish salted macadamia nuts weren't so high in fat and sodium, i could eat a bucket of those things! I usually stick with almonds because i like the taste (like not love) and i don't go overboard eating them.

                That's a damn good weekend. I want to go to both of those places. I saw Adam Richmond visit both of those on his Man vs Food show.

                  That sounds REALLY good. Did you eat it on a bun or just hamburger steak style on a plate?

                    I had it on one of those really thin wheat buns. It's like 100 cals or something.

                    I'm going to transition into a normal eating style (carbs again). Just going to taper off carbs at night and have more in the morning.

                      Funny I lived in Pittsburgh for 5 years and never went to Primanti Brothers. That place is a staple in Pittsburgh. Quaker State was just coming around towards the time I was leaving.

                      But those wings at Quaker State were so damn good.

                      Primanti was nothing to write home about honestly.

                              Those are what I use as well. My girlfriend made me start using them. They're actually really good and I prefer them now because there's less bread, meaning I get more taste of the actual burger.
