      LOL! wow...i may have one as my cheat meal this saturday, but it depends upon if i want that or pizza.

      I had a great dinner last night, I roasted some chicken breast (150) and put it over a salad I made out of spinach leaves (20), fresh mushrooms (10), banana peppers (5), black olives (5), green olives (5), organic tomatoes (10), red onions (10) and oil & vinegar (60) for a total of 275'ish calories. I was so tempted to add cheese to it but I held out because I didn't want to go over my target calorie range of 1200-1250 calories.

      This morning I tried the same breakfast I had yesterday, a whole wheat wrap with turkey sausage, egg, etc. but this morning i substituted less cheese + lower fat cheese and no miracle whip light but instead mustard. So I believe I cut the calories down to about 375.

      Today I weigh-in at the gym and I'm not too confident. I believe I will be almost identical to my last weeks weigh-in. I'm not going to beat myself up over it though as I did everything proper this week really. Sometimes you just don't get results each and every week.

            Stevia is good, definitely recommend that as a sweetener if you need one.

                  I could drink a smoothie at almost any time of the day. I've never made it with oatmeal so this might be a dumb question but do you use cooked or uncooked oatmeal?

                  That banana/ice/milk/peanut butter/oatmeal combo sounds lovely minus the milk (lactose puts me down for the count).

                    I use uncooked oatmeal. Gives it a different texture. I really like it because it even slightly sweetens the smoothie.

                    Me and a "friend" used to drink smoothies like crazy 2 years ago. We slowed down though. But yea, smoothies are so damn addictive.

                      Yeah but don't you get sick of cleaning the blender? That's why I quit making them. Kind of a pain.

                          Just had a smoothie for breakfast for the 2nd day in a row. I like it, but I need to up the Splenda volume. It's not sweet enough for me for some reason.

                                Bananas are gross? You are missing out on some very great smoothie opportunities then.

                                You might love Splenda but Splenda isn't good for you man.

                                When was the last time you drank a diet soda? You do know those aren't good for you as well right?
