Using the word literally as a way to add emphasis.

Where the hell is this said? Only thing I'm picturing is some little kid getting in trouble and the VP showing up in the classroom, curling his finger and saying "come with"!

The human resource woman where I work loves to say it. I call her Catbert, because she really is.

I've heard it said many times. Typically in a playful manner though.

Well if you ever want to be instantly fired, you could say something back like, "you know coming from a woman to a man.... I can take that two ways.... but I"m sure you only meant it one way."

I absolutely disagree with you on this. Prime example, a man is going through things and doesn't consider getting help or seeing a therapist because "men don't do that."

That 100% is a mental health issue. There is more to it than that, but this probably isn't the best venue to go any further.

I'll be reviewing the curriculum soon. I don't think that the points that you are referring to have anything to do with what their teachings will be. But my understanding of this is that it will largely speak to a trending interest in the psychological and social castration of men....very different from what you are saying. That there can easily be insinuations in this venue that "manliness" and having this difference between men and women is wrong and should be considered as problematic. We shall see.

that's actually the polite, PC term.
                            *****fication is what it is.

Few people at work whenever they feel they have said something right, smart or funny in picking with someone will say "get at me" or "get some"...annoying.

Also this may be just me but when someone is trying to say they don't care about something they say "I couldn't care less" which to me implies that you care in some form so what are you talking about?
