EDIT: Rule changed in 2008 lol.
I guess 2008 sounds about right, thanks! I felt like I was making the rule up in my head.

What are people's thoughts on dressing as a real life serial killer for Halloween? I vote messed up, but the obsession with true crime means people are ****ed in the head, I guess lol.

It's really not that big of a deal. I dress as a real life serial killer everyday and no one even notices.

My thoughts are people can dress as whatever they want.

Lame **** if you ask me.

Now let someone dress up like one of these school shooters or Bin Laden and I bet that the reaction would be very, very different

MediEvil is the greatest Halloween game of all time guys. Both the PS1 and PS4 versions are incredible and special in their own rights, but ultimately they are the best with the level design, Halloween stereotypes, characters, backgrounds, etc... It is a game for all to enjoy and it truly encompasses the spirit of Halloween in such a fun and playful manner. The game itself is also very, very well done in terms of gameplay.

Of course the Resident Evil's and Silent Hill's are right up there, but MediEvil has that true Halloween appeal and it can not be understated just how timeless and classic that game is.

The remake is currently on sale by the way, I would highly, highly recommend picking it up for the pittance they are asking.

Midevil and Twisted Metal are 2 of the greatest PS1 games and are great games to play for Halloween. Also, there is the level in Twisted Metal that has Christmas trees and ice rinks. This makes it perfect to play at Christmas which I do every Christmas Eve on my PS Vita.

Staying on Christmas for a second, The W Network is now playing Hallmark Christmas specials everyday now until the New Year. My wife and I watched 2 of them last night. They are so bad all at the same time. LOL.
I am the lesson after the fall.

So they don't even start November 1st anymore?

The way I view Hallmark movies, you're not even watching for the story anymore, just the actors in it, because every story is obviously similar.

                        Sad story alert.

I was behind a driver who got out of his car on the main street to pick up a dog that he hit and killed. I didn't see him hit the dog itself (he was probably on the green light before me), but seeing the poor little dog lie motionless in his arms was heart-wrenching.

What made it worse was he found the family that owned him running out looking for sweet Bella a minute later, about 100 yards behind us. When the daughter found out the dog was killed, she fell to the sidewalk in tears and screaming in agony. I burst into tears myself seeing it down the way.

This was not the way I wanted to finish the weekend.

Agreed! I remember very vividly, it was 1995 and my brother and I (late mind you) left the house (I believe on a Tuesday, school night in November) to drive one hour to Bismarck, ND with my mom and aunt where we would meet my dad and uncle for whatever reason, since they both worked up there. The clock in the van said exactly 9:02 when we left town. It was so odd to be leaving for the city this late at night, especially during the week, but we were so pumped. We met them at the mall and I almost pissed my pants boys. Good old KB Toys had a Playstation on display. Mind you, I had never seen one before. I had never even known they existed! Imagine walking into the mall, about 45 minutes before close, it's empty, you're 12 years old, and you a see a freakin' Playstation for the time in your life. My brother and I and one other random kid, a cool kid too, played that demo disc for the entire time as our parents did whatever. To say we were blown away was an understatement. We played Twisted Metal and that level you described in the park, with the Christmas touch, just rocked me. At that time, there was nothing more immersive, technologically advanced, and flat out cooler than that. Period. I had chills man, so did my brother. This was a profound experience for me that I still think about sometimes.

And yes, those are the worst movies ever made. They are all the same. It is relationship porn for women, like 50 Shades of Gray without the obscenity and some Christmas trees.

Christmas has been overly commercialized for a while now. Simply put - It makes money. The same with those shows. There's a lot of heckin' chonkers out there who really think some 6'4 multimillionaire is going to get stranded in their small town, woo them as a gentleman, adopt their kid, tolerate their ex, save their business/job, and kiss them under the mistletoe. I don't think it really works like that boys.

I just noticed it's on sale. If it sucks I'm leaving negative feedback in your arena along with pictures of Jocelyn Wildenstein every Tuesday until next year.

oh man, as a kid growing up without video games, or at least being several generations behind consoles, the rare visit to Best Buy with open gaming spots was amazing. I have a distinct memory of playing some boxing game that looked incredible, and this was like 25-30 years ago, I'd never seen anything like that. I'll never forget how lifelike that game looked, and if I saw it today, I'd probly **** all over every aspect of it

Man this post just reminded me of the Christmas that my parents got us Knockout Kings for PS1. My brother and I spent so much time in Slugfest mode picking Butterbean for some reason and winning fights with low blows.
