...it's easy to see why January/February suck. Valentines Day is clearly a scam, let's create some actual holiday/event in February that makes this part of the year more exciting.

and don't get me started on Groundhog Day. that's also a scam invented by meteorologist and/or corrupt Pennsylvanians (my money is on the Amish Mafia)
we already got plenty enough ''Day'' this or that for every day of the year, we just need to pick a good one to highlight an celebrate as a whole peoples, not just by a niche few. in fact, Canada has a great one that all the world should take a day off and enjoy as one: February 12 - Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness Day

I would live to see a new adaptation either via film or a TV series for the game Clue.

Really could build it up and keep the viewer guessing who did it.

I've thought of that before too. But any idea I've thought of for a TV series just sounds like any murder mystery/crime drama type of show.

But a movie is one I think could work. If you make it more board game based, it could be more like a PG13 type of movie rather than some R Rated crime movie. Only idea I can think of here would be almost like a jumanji movie. People playing the board game that becomes reality.

With the way people are obsessed with spoilers on the internet these days I'm not sure Clue would work as well. You could just do it like one of those Agatha Christie Kenneth Branagh films and play it straight, I guess. But I feel like that would be boring.

and finally a little comeuppance to pigeons who crap everywhere, sidewalks, cars, statues
this afternoon I was gassing up at a convenience store and noticed about 30 pigeons standing around on the ground all huddled up like they were getting their ducks in a row for the next play lol

then, directly above them I see a couple different birds, some kind of blackbird, perching on a telephone pole wire. then, splat, those two blackbirds tailends let the floodgates open and drop all they have on the pigeons below. 30 pigeons go flying in 30 different directions, squawking up a storm.

put me in a good enough mood I felt the allure to wash my car

Considering how much great music came out of the 1970s, Steve Miller is 1000x over represented on radio/everywhere. I know he was popular, but so were the Eagles, and the Eagles were way better. Just done hearing Fly Like An Eagle, and Space Cowboy.

The classic rock station here doesn’t play any of these four. If it’s any Steve Miller, it’s “Rock’n Me” and “The Joker”.

Man…if I never heard Rock’n Me again I’d be okay.
