Alright guys I finally got around to picking this game up. How do you download pictures and kits and stuff. I tried to do it with last years game and my ******* couldn't figure it out. A detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.

It took me weeks after I got the game to figure out all this stuff and settle on what customization options I wanted.

That link should direct you to all the essentials instead of going to multiple sites trying to figure everything out

They give you details to how to install everything, but its as easy as dragging you file to:

User/Doc/SI/FM12/*create needed folder*

Go into game preference and untick reload skins (or whatever its called)

Yea, once you're in the football manger 12 folder, you'll have to create some folders inside it yourself.

For example the graphics folder.

Also, inside the graphics folder you may have to create another folder if the file you downloaded isn't sorted out for you before hand.

example:

(C:\Users\Documents\Sports Interactive\FM2012\graphics\kits\3D\

To install 3D kits (for in game matches)


You'll put the the logo type kits inside :


(C:\Users\Documents\Sports Interactive\FM2012\graphics\kits\outfield\

A little rusty at this game. Thought I was offering Brazilian RB Welders club 120,000 over a 6 month period. Turns out I accidently offered him 120 million!

Nice. You know what you can do in this game? Make Arsenal spend money!

I think nomar is up to like $250 million in two offseasons spent on transfers in our online save. Last night he basically won the league by buying Hamsik, Gotze, and van der Wiel in the summer before our second season. This was after getting Baines and G. Rossi before the first season (and probably someone else I'm forgetting). I weep for my Spurs squad. First chance I get, I'm going to a power in Germany or Italy. His juggernaut must be stopped.

If Chelsea said no, even though you finished 3rd in manager of the year voting, that first chance may be awhile.

But don't fret. I'll tell Gotze to go easy on you and only score 3 goals when we face each other. Oh, wait, you're managing Sp*rs. On second thought, no I won't.

I wish I could import my Liverpool save team, which now includes notable Arsenal leg snapper Ryan Shawcross. Gotze's shin would be dust in no time!

Had some stuff come up and haven't had time for much over the past couple months, but I'm really, really glad that the online save is still going strong. Hope it's been fun.

Hey guys, I just bought FM12 today and as a newly converted American footy fanatic I am very excited to get started. I am learning more and more about the game everyday and I am eager to learn more.

I started a game as Portland in the MLS, but I am confused about a lot of the MLS rules for players and contracts. Is there any system or tutorial that could explain that? Or would I be better off joining an English squad while I learn the game?

Overall just looking for some general information from anyone playing MLS and to tell me whether its a good idea or not.
