Holy crap mate, 48 goals for, 5 against in 15 league matches!!!! GD=+43. Your on an incredible run of form. Real Madrid is having an amazing campaign also, but they are fighting just to keep up with you.

      Current Tactics:
I like your tactic, Xavi & Iniesta must just spray passes around the pitch huh? I wish I had that lethal of an attack. I struggle to find the goals in my save. You on other hand score for fun.

        Here's my Millwall squad:

Flying high right now, although we have hit the proverbial "wall" it seems. Still, this is our first season up in the Championship and I think I can safely say we won't get relegated, so anything above mid-table is icing on the cake.

Brazil took the World Cup in my save, beating Ivory Coast on penalties.

That +43 goal differential is the best I've had at this point ever in any FM game I've played. Because I play possession football and hold onto the ball, I just play teams off the park

Zlatan is on fire though. He has 5 goals in 2 games to take over the La Liga Goal Scoring lead from Messi. I do have Xavi and Iniesta tearing through midfields while Messi, Pedro, and Henry rip throught the wings. My experiment playing a very fluid style with Barca has worked to perfection. Watching it makes me smile.

Anyway, Bruins you're looking good buddy and I look forward to seeing how Milwall do. Hutton, keep me updated on that Spurs save and we REALLY need a sub-forum for Football Manager lol

You don't want to get promoted too early, otherwise your looking at a sure fire relegation. Take some time & build up your squad quality & depth, then earn promotion when you're ready. Just my two cents......

Oddly enough Pedro doesn't even get a match for Barca in my Spurs game. I checked him out to target as a potential future signing, and found him sitting at 0 matches played on the year.

Busquets also doesn't get much action either, and I really like him as a player.

I'm going to have to play around with the FMRTE & see if I can force them into action (can you adjust lineups/tactics for teams using the save game editor?). I also need to tone Berbatov down, he's got 9 goals in 8 matches for Manu, while Rooney only has 2 or 3. Not that I expect the sim engine results to match real life perfectly, but Berbatov isn't that good of a scorer, he's more the type to setup goals.

Oh yeah, I totally agree. This squad isn't built for the Premier League at all, it's just surprising that we're sitting as high as we are.

I'd stay away from FMRTE. Don't tamper with the game, not cool IMO.

Yeah, in all honesty, that squad sucks lol. Not that I'm an expert at championship level footy or anything, but I wouldn't expect that squad to excel in the Championship. You must be one hell of a manager

I don't play with FMRTE. I do have a spoiler list of who has what potential as a guide to who I typically sign in a game although I love unearthing new gems...

I rotate Busquets regularly as well as Pedro. At the very least, they're solid squad players and young. I'm really really trying to avoid signing every single star player and use the Barca way of developing their youngsters while splashing out for 1 star player every off-season.

Speaking of signings, I just had a 60 million offer accepted for Cesc. A lot of money I know, but someone who I would pay up the arse for

I would never in a million years **** around with FMRTE.

As for my Napoli, I just suffered my first defeat of the season, falling to Udinese 1-0. It was bull****. Handanovic evidently is the best keeper in the world. I wish there was some way I could upload some of the saves he made. 6 clear cut chances compared to their 0. Their goal was a bomb from Inler from at least 25 yards. Really friggin unlucky!

                              Started a game with France.

Loic Remy is ****ing balling for me, he had 6 goals for me in qualifying. I beat Scotland in the playoff 1-0 on aggregate with Anelka scoring in extra time.

My group has South Korea, Russia, and Ecuador. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make it through the group.

                              Goals:
                              6- Loic Remy
                              4- Mathieu Flamini
                              3- Karim Benzema
2- Andre-Pierre Gignac, Yoann Gourcuff, Thierry Henry
1- Franck Ribery, Lassana Diarra, Nicolas Anelka
                              Blind to this impending fate

Tomas, maybe try having your strikers "place shots in the corner of the net"?

From what I've read that's supposed to be the best thing if your players aren't doing well in 1-on-1's and other clear cut chances.
