If Sanchez was this big of a problem, good luck Man Utd.

I'm also hesitant to believe that after one game, but we'll see.

I'll wait to judge until after the next two games. Everton are tragic.

Bonus: Ramsey returning and finding that goalscoring form he's capable of.

Watching the whole match now and Aubamayang is a game changer for Arsenal.

He was consistently in threatening positions to make that attack go even as Everton parked it. He sat inside the pockets and never hesitated to pass to link up. He’s the kind of striker Arsenal has needed for years. He’s looks like what Wenger thought Walcott would have become.

But like you guys said, it was Lukaku-less Everton. I might actually get up early to watch on Saturday.

                Welcome back Aaron Ramsey.

So how does the team line up going forward? Laca on the Bench and Auba up top with Miki and Iwobi?

I would also like to see a Ramsey/Wilshere with ElNeny in the midfield.

Not that you are, but one thing that keeps getting missed (mostly by journalists) in regards to how we fit the players together is that Auba cannot play in the Europa league, so Lacazette is going to be getting starts in some very important games for as long as we're in the competition.

Well then Auba will be starting every PL game in some capacity I assume.

I do think he's a lock to start in the league. I could see Arsene trying to work Lacazette in at the same time, though. I think it's nice to have quality options in attack in the form of two proven finishers.

I know we need a midfielder, a younger keeper, and help in defense and I do think the new team is likely already working on deals for the Summer (fingers crossed). Some of the hysteria in the media about how absurd it was that we signed two strikers was just infuriating. We seized an opportunity to bring in excellent talent, and we're still playing in three different competitions.

I know it will never happen, but I’d like to see them ask about Donnarumma. We’d be set at keeper for the next 15 years.

He’s good no doubt but he’s represented by Raoila meaning that he would be sold to the highest bidder.

I don't think it would happen, but we've now at least established a relationship with Raoila on the Mkhi contract negotiations. In the past Arsene had refused to work with him, I believe, and he's awful (along with other agents) it's a necessary evil of competing in the modern era.

There was a great discussion on The Totally Football Show podcast last week about how often clubs can only bring in players who are represented by agents which they've established relations with, or are part of the network they're established with. So, often clubs stand very little chance to land a player they might be interested in because they have no kind of set link to the agent, or that agent prefers to deal with other clubs. It mostly affects smaller clubs (insert Spurs joke), but was fascinating to listen to. Basically, agents have far too much power in the modern game.

I expect us to lose the derby tomorrow, though i at least expect us to show up, which is more than I would've expected in January. Spuds are a much better team than Everton and I'm not sure our defense can stop Harry Kane.

Ten minutes in...I just have this feeling that we can expose their high line. Perhaps.
