Re: The 2014-15 EPL Discussion Thread
Considering i am born and raised in nc with dozens of friends who are state alumni. I can tell you that state is the butt of all basketball jokes here. Yeah they had one good year in the acc in recent years and even won a title 30+ years ago. That doesn't mean anyone even their students take them serious.Comment

lol no sir you do. They live and breathe football and they are the most consistent football program in the state, but they are the biggest joke when it comes to basketball and state fans know this and they never deny that ever.Comment

Re: The 2014-15 EPL Discussion Thread
For the past few years I have enjoyed the best that the Premier League has to offer. I still have a soft spot for Liverpool, having to share in the pain of Tom Hicks and all. Unlike XXSportmmXX however, I don't go from one place to another; I just enjoy the games as they are presented.Rangers - Cowboys - Aggies - Stars - Mavericks

New rule starting this year—any player who loses consciousness during a game will not be allowed to continue.
Good. If you get knocked out, you should not be jogging back onto the field a few minutes later.

If this is going to work, I think this would be a good way to implement it:
1) The doctors administering the tests should be independent of any club affiliation.
2) If a player is deemed unfit to play by the independent doctor, replacing them does not count as one of your 3 subs.
3) Increase the the allowed bench players to 8.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 08-05-2014, 03:26 PM.Comment

If they are going to force players off, replacing them should not count as a substitute.

And allow a temporary substitution while the player is being checked out. A team shouldn't be punished because they're being cautious about a head injury.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans
