Just finished watching Spurs/Chelsea. Very entertaining.

That Kane strike off the post. Wow. How he even got it that close with such little space was remarkable.

Wish they both could've lost, but Spurs not getting any points? I'll take it.

I know people love the Spurs and Wembley memes but today's result had nothing to do with Wembley.
Chelsea played their game plan perfectly. Parking the box and stopping any and all crosses. Spurs didn't have a plan B and couldn't break down the defense for most of the match.
But at times Spurs looked very good and any other day could have scored a few.
Since it was a Chelsea match we will now hear the yearly "Spurs are dirty"... Carry on with your memes..

Almost forgot what it's like to lose a PL game at home. It's been 469 days.

Spurs dominated a big portion of the game, but props to Chelsea on a solid plan and executing that plan. It's crazy how many corner kicks Spurs had.

Btw, why in the world is Marcos Alonso not getting much love on the Spain National Team? The guy is class!

My thoughts exactly man. He was brilliant last year--and had been so far this year as well.

Thought Christensen looked really solid today. Not sure why Chelsea are after VVD and other CB targets. This kid is the real deal.

Yeah, "home", or something like that. Weird how now is now home is when the streak breaks. But that's all memes.

I wouldn't call Wembley home. But in terms of the streak and the stat, it is consider home this season. Unfortunately.

If I were a Spurs supporter I'd just embrace the memes. It's definitely the only way I can stay sane as an Arsenal supporter.

Kind of a "what is dead may never die" approach.

I think it's more about the atmosphere than anything. There will be a home atmosphere at Wembley for Spurs this year. We lost to a quality opponent today. Lose to Burnley next weekend and I'll start getting concerned.

This is the type of nihilism that make English football what it is lol. A sort of fatalistic suit of armor. Often though it turns in to a lashing out, and you end up with fans rooting for the failure of rival clubs more than they root for the success of their own. Like they would rather celebrate a funeral than a birth. You hear it in their chants every week. Gotta love the UK.

Well, the only thing better than your team winning is its rival losing. Its like that with every sport.

He's one of the most promising CB prospects in world football, has been since he was a teenager.

I'd like to think even we aren't THAT stupid.
