Good game, Passing yards were getting scary

S. Barkley 56 Rushing Yards (No issues with Rushing, just one game)

Sacks 10 Giants 5 Redskins 5 (a couple at the end of the game)

Observations/Concerns
Penalties 11
Only seeing Holding, Block in the Back, False Start and two Delay of Games with 13-sec Acc Clock with penalty sliders all at +5 on my OP except False Start. Not sure if something changed or if it's related to 13 Accelerated Clock from 15

I had issues with Madden 08 PC at 13 Accelerated Clock with the Offense being rushed and Delay of Games. I will focus on the Penalty issue.

These should be my last changes, I will be updating the OP shortly
I will be moving to 14-second accelerated clock from 13.
Penalties are not working properly and getting Delay of games. Started getting Facemask again at 14 for one. The more time I can burn off the clock the better, 13 is just not working for me.

I will also update my Penalty sliders, some increasing by +5, others leaving as is based on what I have been seeing called watching games at 14-sec Accelerated Clock.
