I've not seen any evidence that it makes any difference to how they play. Will definitely incorporate it though if there is some research into the effect of weight though.

But as far as I'm aware it's just an extra piece of info that has little bearing on anything.

I run a lot of zone so I target these guys. I'll usually draft a guy the tool says not to draft, provided they're a 3rd or later and they have a B+ in ZCV.

So you only draft them if they are available in the 3rd round or later and if they have a B+ ZCV?


Also, I'm going to send you my datasheet result soon. But I see that from the group that I had, if their True rating value was 80% then pretty much their ovr was 70 or higher.

Is that consistent with what other member data have shown?

Hey guys, v4.1 is up in the OP now. This fixes the conditional formatting issue with greying out players when you mark them as drafted, and also lowered the TVRs slightly as I was finding they had crept up a bit too much with some of the tweaks I made for v4 and the draft story stuff.

I had a question about how you use this tool on draft day. I often find that when I sort on TVR, I get some blue chip guys below red chippers. Would you be more inclined to draft a guy with a higher TVR that is listed as a red chipper or a lower TVR listed as a blue chipper?

Depends blue chipper with a lower TVR should have more potential to be a star. Red chipper may start with a higher OVR but that is all they may become. Also remember this just a tool, ultimately it's not 100% accurate and sometimes you just got to go with your gut. But damn sure better than I was doing back in September I tell you that!
