Madden Roster Editor V1

How do I convert a franchise file into a roster file properly? I know there's a "convert to roster" option but why I apply it and then try opening the roster on madden, it's entirely blank. Nothing shows up, anyone know how to fix this?

Just a real quick question, but if I took my PS3 edited rosters and pulled them up on this editor without creating any further players on the editor... can I alter the ratings, and there should be no glitches?? (I know silly question)

And if so, where do I find the most recent version?

I don't know if this has been asked already or posted, but I just got madden 12 again on the xbox and started editing away on the roster, started a franchise with the edited roster, and when I try to either "play game" or "simulate week" it sits on the "simulating..." Status, goes away for a second, comes back and then goes away and nothing happens. It won't let me play a game or simulate a week. I've confirmed this only happens with an edited roster, because I tried with the default roster and it works fine and loads up. Anyone have this problem?

Try auto reordering every teams depth chart. That's what does it for me.
