The guy on gamespot on the spot and the way guys play NCAA on the ign videos are exactly the underlying image as to why the DE's need to get their a$$es up the field on the rush and have better animations for breaking blocks in Madden/NCAA. Scrambling sideline to sideline throwing passes. Like I said, they might not can stop them from going backwards, but as 2k shows you sure as hell can stop them from going sideways all the damn time. About the only thing they can do for the backwards running guys is penalize in terms of arm strength and accuracy - something 2k should have done better
