I don't disagree about tiers of players and positions. I love this idea. I am talking about specific players. I may reach a round early to make sure I get him (James Jones for EG young high potential WR). I won't be pissed if the CPU does a 180 and grabs them 3 rounds earlier than I thought.

Re: Madden 11 Fantasy Draft guide

Thanks!

I drafted my best team (86 overall with this guide). Usually I ended up around an 82-84.
QB: Ryan (out six weeks to start the season after I sim'ed preseason)
RB: Bradshaw, Matthews
WR: MSW, Big Mike Williams, Manningham, Jacoby
TE: Finley
OL: All 89+

DL: 75's-76's OVR. Gholston and someone else
DT: 78 OVR
CB: 92's Leon Hall & Finnegan
MLB: Patrick Willis, McClain
OLB: Merriman and Session (Wanted MLB Vilma or Ryans over Merriman but the clock expired)
SS: Sanders
FS: Merriweather

I started my franchise 0-3 (without MSW week one and Matt Ryan for six weeks). I am able to pass the ball effectively on All Madden but the CPU runs over my defense (including Willis) like they are high school players.

That's good to read! Regarding All-madden, as I said in another post, All that does is set user sliders down to 25 [on a 100 scale.] If you go into settings, and player skill you will see All-madden sets all 4 main categories to 15 [on a 20 scale.] If you press A [X on PS3] you will see the 3 sub categories with the 100 scale. With user tackling set to 25 for all-madden, it is obvious why even he looks like a High School player out there. I posted my sliders and reasons why earlier. I suggest you at least give them a try.

Re: Madden 11 Fantasy Draft guide

Yeah, I remember liking last years guide! We did a user team fantasy draft on the show the other night and the logic is so different between users and computers. It will be cool to see these vids and how the cpu drafts its guys. Ex. Users waited a long time to draft lineman, OL and DT's especially.

Re: Madden 11 Fantasy Draft guide

So, messing with Windows Movie maker and my old computer ,i some how corrupted the file or something. I am going to go in and remake the video {sad face] and try again.

Keep in mind, I am going to do a "doing your homework" video first and then the draft. the draft is a big investment of your time, so it is worth doing your home work. Glad you guys enjoy.
