Thanks EA and Tiburon for an amazing 10+ years! Today is my last day. Surreal, but alas I must move on. Thanks to those sending kind words!

Re: Ian Cummings Fairwell Tweet

Ian was a good Dev. and he did his best for EA and worked well with the community aswell. I feel he deserves alot of respect out of us fans. Ian worked with what he had and what EA aloud him to do. I'm sure some people will disagree and all. But Ian was a good guy for what he did and tried to do for us fans. But I think he just got tired of the pressure of some fans going to personal with him and all the stress of trying to get a game done in a certain time frame. I guess he figures through all this choas that he wasn't getting paid enough to keep going. I don't blame him. He tried his best. Ian you will be missed my friend. I hope the best for you and your new job.

Take it easy Ian. The majority of folks in the Madden community (even the ones like myself, who have had spirited disagreements with you) wish you well in your future endeavors.

Re: Ian Cummings Fairwell Tweet

Look back at all Ian did with the video blogs, the breaking down of things they were doing and his attempt to reach out to what is really a small percentage of consumers in places like OS, and you can't argue his desire to see the game improve for the better. Not many of us know the obstacles he and his coworkers faced in each development cycle.

I'm sure he has grown and matured for the better during his time with Tiburon. I wish him the best.
