I am an idiot. I changed most of the formulas to values to speed it up. I can remember them though.

Fielding: Players UZR (2009-2012) plus lowest UZR/Highest UZR + Lowest UZR. I have to add the lowest to get the UZRs to be positive.

Reaction: Same thing with RZR except for catchers, I used Rsb & Rpp

Arm Strength, Speed, & Arm Acc was straight from Fangraphs.

Just to chime in on the fielding quick, you should see that guys should have a pretty high ratings. You have to think about it logically and come up with the vast majority being the outfielders. How often in the majors do you see OFers outright drop a fly ball. Not too often. Sure theyll misplay or take a bad route, but that cant be accurately represented in game. Bobby Abreu is a great example that I used a few years back (to those that remember LMAO when I contributed to OSFM v4). All of us remember him being absolutely atrocious in the field. But the vast majority of his atrocity stems from him not getting to balls that he should or pulling away from the wall, etc. Balls hit to him he caught. Thus his fielding rating was higher than what we percieve him to be because the raw numbers dictate such. Hope this makes sense.

Hey I think Chris Carpenter got rated as Christopher Carpenter (BOS). Doesn't have the curveball; velocity way off.

OK. I added the missing pitchers, based on brooksbaseball pitches. I did not do their break rating, and the pitch is general for those few I listed earlier. I also fixed their control ratings.

Everything but the fielding is based of of Zips 2012 projections.
