Re: Digital copy vs Hard Copy

I'm a collector so I usually go with the physical copy. I had the new South Park game preordered for digital so I could play the old version already on PS4. While they delayed it again and refunded my preorder. I'm not strongly considering using that credit for The Show instead of just re-preordering the South Park game. I have a trip planned so money is tight at the moment so this might be the best option for me. Haven't fully decided but I am leaning strongly in that direction. I've enjoyed reading everyone's opinions on this thread as it might help me decide.

Re: Digital copy vs Hard Copy

I've been going digital on the annual sports releases that I get every year and hard copy on regular games.

Re: Digital copy vs Hard Copy

i really, really want the Steelbook case of the physical copy but i really want the convenience of the digital copy because i honestly dont want to switch discs every night.

i wish there was an option to still get the steelbook in some way by itself lol.

I wish PlayStation offered a deal for people who pre-ordered it digitally to play a day early. Similar to EA Early Access, but not a monthly subscription.
Just another incentive to go digital and give money directly to company with no middle man taking a piece.

Though I'd absolutely love the weather, the relaxed atmosphere would drive me nuts being from NY

Hard copies are pretty useless for sports games, you never play them again after a year. and as for trading I refuse to trade in games and let Eb games make money from me and ripping me off.

hard copy is only useful if 5 years later I decide to get the game out again. how many of you get out MLB the show 2015?

Some of us like having a collection of the series on our shelf. Especially those steel books.
