13+??? Are you getting those off steal attempts mainly? I run a 3pt heavy offense so seeing anything above 7 FTs would send me into rage and "THIS IS RIGGED" territory lol
Nothing special. I run a little bit of everything. Al Jefferson, Paul George, and Monta Ellis are good at picking up fouls.

How many times do you see a defensive player reach in before the refs blow the whistle in a real nba game?

Do they consistently, continously keep reaching in with no penalty and on top off that effect the way the ball handler is moving?

Not enough fouls are called on steals especially when you're protecting the ball. Other than that they're allright. I like that you gotta be careful.

When you reach i should have the freedom to do what i want to get by you. But what the defender does is tied into how the offensive player will move and react.

Man if they ramp up reach in fouls I feel it will be at the point where you might as well not attempt an OB steal
