So uh how bout dem opening day rosters

From now on will always take a copy from friend for a few days to see how things are going in game.Sadly there were times earlier when i would easily pay 100$ for 2K game, but now when considering all money greed and laziness i wouldnt dish out more than 20$ for this game.

It's just my 2 cents but I have purchased every 2k game on release day since the days on ESPN NBA/NBA 2k2.. ALWAYS have been a loyal ambassador.


That being said, with 2k17 and the general aura which has been around the game since its release, I will be looking for an alternative if it presents itself.
I played 2k17 about 3 times and and it's been picking up dust for like 2 weeks.

I still wait on the updated rosters, 105 update, sliders update- and in general, anything that will make 2k look like they aren't in hangover from 2k15. :/

This is a massive selling game...literally making millions and millions...it is a cash cow. Every year they can basically recycle 90% of the previous game and make millions again.

So, I find it incomprehensible that people here are saying 'Beds is on holidays as his wife had a baby, thus rosters have to wait'.

No way that is the reason. They could get anyone to update them. It would not even take long. One guy off work does not shut down a million dollar machine like 2K.

There has to be another reason. A glitch or something.

It is dissapointing though. I always start my season when the opening night rosters drop.

If it's true that they can't release any update because it would corrupt everybody's MyCareer then that's just absurd.

It's simply amazing how almost every patch they release ends up causing even bigger problems

That is the real issue...

For a couple of years now, every update has solved ten problems for some users...and created ten new ones for other people.

It is at the point where each update is a bug laden lottery...

So for the update roster we have to wait until patch 1.05 drops on PS4, XB1 and PC. Between these platforms in the past there have been differences of weeks. 2K see you on Christmas
