2K18 Footage Recording - Audio?

Ive actually had some of my music used as in game music in multiple 2k games, there is a reason for this, the majority of the music they use for in arena music is licensed music, the license does not extend to allow end users to make videos of the game and then use that music on a different platform, so you cant use my music in 2k then allow users to take my music and make youtube videos which generate them revenue and I dont get a cut of it. Its much easier to just disable the audio than to deal with this licensing mess. Previous 2k's didnt realize the legal mess they could be in because social media was really an uknown entity if I as a producer found out a Youtube kid was making money off of videos that had my music in it. Do I care personally about some youtube kid using my music ? No I dont, but I cant speak for all the other artists in the world. The only other option is to remove all the licensed music from the Arena and use home made tracks, which would take away a little of the authenticity of the game because when you go to a real basketball game they are using real music in the arena.

For all of the Thread the "Community Mangers" like to pop in, they really are ghost in legit question threads ( I can understand ignoring the whining threads).

All the things they comment on, a straight answer of why this was/is a "Dev Decision" should be an easy one to answer

This just continues to prove to me that 2K doesnt have community managers, but just a PR/Advertising team

Some how a lot of other games included "stream friendly" audio options, some how NBA Live remixes the instrumentals to keep gameplay stream friendly. (Nevermind Arena sounds arent used in MyPark)

Having licensed music may be the reason, but blocking all audio is amateur at best. I refuse to believe Take Two is clueless on how to solve this in a community friendly way

This isn't and won't be forgetten eventhough this is 2K Day, hello! We want to be able to record audio in our game just as any other game in the 2018!

This is the biggest issue of NBA 2K18! If it won't be taken care of it's really really bad for big company just as 2K! Unbelievable!

The game Quantum Break has an audio setting that specifically disables copyrighted music for streaming/recording. 2K's audio shouldn't be completely silent. That's some b.s. right there.

NBA live 18 u can hear audio streams so I dont want to hear no excuse about NBA 2K18 cant either. Just get the right music for the game so we can hear audio. We don't care what music it is, just fix this problem period. Almost 2018 and we have this problem..
