I'm mad at myself and the game. Started with Hawaii, built them into a mega power in my 6 years there, left them for my final rebuilding project Eastern Michigan. This a bad team and I made a little deal with myself to just accept whatever nonconference schedule they gave me, thinking I'd be the cupcake team in my first year for a couple contenders. Instead I got the easiest nonconference slate ever.
I should've reverted to my old theory of forcing my new crap team to play my previous stud team to get slapped around and learn a lesson. I didn't. I was like "welp, I said I'd take take whatever they gave me". Went freaking 13-0 because the competition wasn't there. I have no one to blame but myself. The worst part is, Hawaii went 13-0 in the PAC12 after I moved them there, with way more difficult competition, a way better team, and a way better nonconference schedule, and the BCS put my crap EMU team in the final anyway  I thought about tanking the MAC championship because I could see this coming. EMU is like the '98 Tulane team and usually I can count on the game to make sure I don't get ranked too high when anomalies like this happen, but damn, the one time they actually vote for the little guy and it's the least deserving little guy of all time
