I love everything about Hardcore mode except the no spotting feature. I always see more snipers that dont care about the obj in Hardcore then regular. Also atleast in regular you see a douche on the hill you can just hit the select button and he's dead in the matter of secounds.

Wow, I've never played hardcore, but that would be a deal breaker to me. Spotting is one of the best parts of Battlefield, and is one of the things that makes a game played over such massive maps work well.

Yeah, I wish some form of the spotting feature still existed for hardcore but it's not that big of a deal for me.

Played last night and had a blast. I love shotgun with slugs. Love killing snipers with it for long range then getting rage messages. I use it so much that if your spotted I can guarantee a head shot almost every time.

The lack of spotting in hardcore mode, is the reason I don't play it.
