Nope he went unclaimed. Texas outrighted him and he refused the outright assignment and is now a free agent.

I hope something like that could even drive down his trade value too. Teams know Phillies really want to move him, and now a comment like that, shows even more how bad of a relationship exists between the two, so maybe price ends up being really cheap for him.
