Your splitting hairs between crappy and crappy. Don't see how Norv is worse, he actually got some post season wins. They are both terrible. Only difference is one coaches for Dallas and the other doesn't.

You're right, always are. I'd take a coach who is currently coaching one of the most talented teams to a 5-8 record, over a 8-5. And one has postseason wins and one doesn't. To say it's not a question is not correct. They are equally as crappy.

Why exactly is Wade better, other than being the Cowboys coach? You rant on, but never really say why Phillips is better.

If by some you mean 2 in 15 years of coaching, the first and only until last season came in 1999 against the (even then) pathetic Detroit Lions, then yes, he has some.
