I think on paper the game is so close that home field would decide it.

Neutral field scenario: I'm done doubting New Orleans.

A match made in heaven. Perfect game. I would pick minny for obvious reasons but I would just love to watch this game.

I absolutely take the Vikings regardless of where the game is played. I have watched all 32 teams at least 3-4 times this year and I think the Vikings are the best team in the NFL. They have arguably the best run defense in the league to go along with arguably the best pass rush in the league. Add the best running back in the league and the most experienced quarterback in the league (who is playing the best football of his life right now) and you have a recipe for a championship. The Saints are a very good football team and they have impressed me this year, but if I had to bet on it I would say the Vikings are going to win the Super Bowl and to get there they are going to beat the Saints.

I like the Vikings, mainly because I like their front 7 better. And their running attack. When you have a passing game that can generate 300+ yards of offense any night, deep threats like Rice, Berrian, Harvin, and then a powerful running game with arguably the best RB in football, and then throw in Brett Favre, you've got a hell of an offense. I like their chances a lot better than NO's.

Ultimately, I feel like NO is going to break at some point. I don't buy them as this undefeated juggernaut. I think a team like Minny has more elements to it than NO. They're built better for the playoffs.

On a neutral field, I'd take Minnesota 28-27 because they have better defense and almost as good an offense.

The key could be Farve's and/or Brees' ability to stay healthy for seven more games until they play each other. I'm sure the coaches will want to rest them, but they're fighting for home field, so they can't.
