Silver lining, I actually think this could help the defense. I do think Marlon is a bit overrated, but thats not why I think it could be a good thing. Wink Martindale asks Marlon to do too much. He moves him around and changes his responsibilities a lot.

And that might be okay since Marlon can handle it. But there is a downstream or spillover effect to moving Marlon around. Other people's responsibilities are changing as well when you do that. And I think that is what is hurting Baltimore and causing some of these miscommunication mistakes.

Maybe now guys will have more clear and static responsibilities and that will lead to fewer busted coverages due to guys forgetting their responsibility.

I respect Fangio recognizing they are dogs and going for it 3 consecutive times on 4th down, but seriously a run up the middle on 4th and 3 was a dubious choice.

I’m way too conservative to have passed on the field goal in that situation

Well, at least Touchdown Teddy tried on that tackle unlike a few weeks back against the Eagles, but that was a terrible tackle attempt.

Re: Week 13 Discussion Thread

I might be late but I thought Rich Eisen, Mooch and then used to do the Highlights Show on NFL Network after the Sunday games?

Why they give that up to these 2 jabronis?
