I have this exact issue.

I've fixed it a couple of ways. Moving either Speed Parity down 1, or False Start or Holding up 1 will mostly fix it.

However, you can also stop this with only blocking...

I'm seeing players sub out on long drives, or after double team pancakes they'll sit for a play.

I'm enjoying the fatigue changes, mostly.

Regarding the INTs, I think it's a result of Def Pass Interference. I believe the prior set had a lower DPI setting.

With 50 INJ and 75 Fatigue I have seen in-game QB injuries 3 times so far. All 3 injuries were only for the rest of the game though.

Lowering INT definitely helped, but it wasn't the way to go.
I'm enjoying default 50 Competitive, but I turned all the helpers OFF and that actually made a better difference. Also, with Heatseeker...

I'm a firm believer that turning Intentional Grounding OFF helps with scrambling QBs. I played Lamar recently and he had 5-6 rushing attempts, including a 60yd TD.
