Thanks Connor, it's always great to know people are reading!
I did not take the SEC route, it was not announced when I made some other conference changes and I didn't figure we would jump to the SEC, so it's not fully realistic anymore but I enjoy it still.
I am St Joseph, MO area myself, try to make 1 or 2 Tiger games every year, always the Border Showdown (still War imo).

Missouri Tigers
For all the hoopla of the game between Arizona and Missouri, one thing was certain, nobody expected Arizona to even come close to Missouri.
Whether you believe the Tigers will win the national championship, or if they are destined to get BCS bid after BCS bid but never been seriously considered for the national championship, you have to admit the Tigers are on a different level than Arizona.
Missouri took charge first, marching down the field and scoring on a 57 yard miracle kick by C O'Connor. Arizona turned the ball over and Missouri quickly got into their own redzone, then coughed it up, as David Steele had a rare fumble at the end of a solid run, allowing Arizona to end the drive. Missouri's defense racked up a safety by sacking D. Garman and took a 5-0 lead.
D. Steele with a rare fumble
Smith sacked D. Garman to give Missouri a 5-0 lead
Arizona responded by scoring a TD on one play when they got the ball back, a single 50 yard run by K. Carey. Missouri's no huddle hurry up spread offense quickly took the lead back when E. Torres scrambled in for a touchdown on an option play, giving Missouri the 12-7 lead after one period. E. Torres was perfect in the first period, going 7 for 7 with 117 yards and 4 rushes for 4 yards and 1 TD.
K. Carey's 50 yard TD run
After an offensive standstill for Arizona at the start of the second half, Missouri wasted no time scoring on a 45 yard dash by W. Leftwich to take a 19-7 lead. Missouri's defense wasted no time, sacking Garman twice and hurrying him once to force a 4th and 24 from the 7 yard line, and then returning the punt to start their offense from the 35 yard line.
Arizona battled back, making it a 26-21 game at the halftime, and seemingly on a roll. Then halftime happened, and D. Steele returned the kickoff to start the second half 97 yards for a touchdown and a 33-21 lead. Arizona managed a field goal to end the third quarter, but the Tiger defense clamped down and bent but did not break, allowing Missouri a 47-24 victory. Missouri had one final great play with an interception followed by a 36 yard return by C. Graham with 0:27 left in the game.
C. Graham's sole big play of the game, an interception with a 36 yard return
While it was a close game, Missouri forced 7 total fumbles, they just did not recover any of them. Arizona was fortunate to recover all their fumbles.
Missouri POTG: D. Steele 25 rushes for 139 yards and 2 TD, 2 catches for 33 yards, 4 kick returns for 169 yards and 1 TD, 2 punt returns for 14 yards.
Ian Simon 8 tackles, 5 solo, 2 TFL, 2 sacks, 3 FF.

The biggest losers are the Big 10 in that they lost #1/#1 Wisconsin and #5/#4 Penn State, but the Big XII has to be pissed. #1 loses two weeks in a row, but Missouri is still #2/#2, being leaped by first Wisconsin and now Michigan State.
Michigan State also owned the Harris poll, finishing with 38 first place votes and 1598 points total, 190 more than 2nd place Missouri who had 23 first place votes.
Ohio State who was idle last week leaped from #7 to #3 in the Harris Poll, jumping Kansas who killed Texas Tech 76-10 last week. Apparently undefeated in the Big 10 is just worth more.

Game Notes
Last year #1 Missouri traveled to unranked Arkansas and they battled to an **** 24-23 finale. Missouri is 4-2 with Arkansas in this series which will become yet another yearly border war, joining Kansas and Iowa State in Missouri's nearby border foes.
#2 Missouri is a high powered even spread based offense with a balanced rushing attack and a quick quarterback. Arkansas operates on the spread offense, winning games with lots of points. Arkansas's lowest point total this year so far is 42, which they scored against Oklahoma State in overtime a few weeks ago. They have hit sixty once, and fifty another four times.
Missouri's offense is good, but their defense is better, allowing at most 24 points, which was this past week to Arizona. This is a battle of top 10 teams, most likely for the Big XII North Division Title, and it looks to be a great battle. Arkansas is actually the favorites this time, a 4 point favorite due to their strength being Missouri's weakness.
Gameday will be there, and kickoff is at 7pm sharp CST. Look for a shootout classic.
Other Big Games
#1 Michigan State (4-0) hosts #15 Michigan (3-2)
#3 Kansas (5-0) hosts Oklahoma (4-2)
#11 TCU (5-1) hosts #22 USC (5-1)

2004, and by play I mean I never played in a game, although I suited up most home games. I was basically practice squad with the ability to play in a game if they needed me, but I was a hard hitting sob type, and we faced to much speed that year. I was supposed to transition to LB but I ended up quitting the team instead.
I cannot wait to play Arkansas, however that game is likely to end badly for me, my secondary is lacking in 93+ speed and Arkansas has 4 WR's with over 97 speed..
