      New York Yankees (43-31)

Tanaka has missed multiple games early on, exiting early due to what appears to be a lingering injury in his throwing arm. He's made two great starts in his last two. 5-6, 2.73 ERA, 92 IP, 92 K's.

Surprise of the year: Brett Gardner hitting .319. Gardner is more aggressive this year on first pitch swings and continues to make great contact.

      Call-Ups of the year:
Due to Injury, Pirela and Refsnyder were both brought up. Pirela looked to have the position locked, going on a great streak early on but has since seen his AVG drop to .258. The organization sees this as a positive though.

Refsnyder was recently called up and the organization is attempting to put him in position to succeed with solid matchups. He's found himself with 7 doubles and 3 triples. 60 AB under his belt and holds a .400 AVG.

Tex leads the team with 15 HR and 56 RBI.

      The future:
      Luis Severino (AA): 2.66 ERA, 101.2 IP, 101 K's, .238 AVG
      Jose Ramirez (AA): 2.08 ERA, 30 IP, 41 K's
Luis Torrens (AA): .325 AVG, 24 Doubles, 43 RBI

      Surprise minor:
Taylor Dugas (AAA): .381 AVG, 16 Doubles, 32 RBI.

Greg Bird, Aaron Judge, and Gary Sanchez remain on track.

      Draft Recap:
SP, Craig Moreland. 68 overall, 92 Potential, 2017 MLB
      Strengths: BB/HR/Velocity

SS, Pedro Jimenez. 56 Overall, 87 Potential, 2020 MLB
      Strengths: L/R contact, Plate awareness.

      3B, Eddy Feliciano. 64 Overall, 72 Potential, 2016 MLB
      Strengths: contact, power, awareness.

SS, Ken Huggins. 65 Overall, 75 Potential, 2018 MLB
      Strengths: fielding, speed

CP, Lucius Winter. 58 Overall, 72 Potential, 2017 MLB
      Strengths: Velocity, Break

RF, Bryant Kirkpatrick. 50 Overall, 70 Potential, 2021 MLB
      Strengths: plate awareness, contact

1B, Angel Franco. 55 Overall, 62 Potential, No MLB ETA.
      Strengths: 6'2"

RP, Richard Archer. 55 Overall, 52 Potential, No MLB ETA
      Strengths: Control and Velocity.

Thanks for reading if you did. It was my first draft, a lot of targets weren't there or had already been taken. I tried to get best player on the board and just begin to fill out my farm system. I can then (hopefully) have assets to trade for positions of need if not.

Have to advance a day as well before you can do it.

              <table><td bgcolor=#004A8D>End of Regular Season - 2015</td></table>

After 29 years of not making it. The Kansas City Royals have made it to the playoffs 2 years in a row. We finish the regular season at 95-67. Best record in the AL. 2nd best overall behind San Francisco (98-64). Could we see a World Series rematch?

We struggled a bit to end the year. Pitching got cold the last couple weeks. Offense made up for it a bit though. Hopefully it doesnt continue into the playoffs.

We finished with a 3.00 ERA. Beast in the majors. That was clearly helped by our defense which finished first 2nd in fielding percent and committed just 55 errors. Ventura and Vargas finish with ERA's in the 2.60s. Didnt not expect that at all from Vargas. He has never even been close to that kind of a guy. Expected Ventura do that at some point in his career. Not this year though. Volquez and Duffy both finished in the 3.50s. Expected a little better from both. But with how well Ventura and Vargas were it doesnt matter much. Guthrie was better than expected most of the year but was pretty bad near the end and finished with a 3.99 ERA. Which is a bit better than expected.

The bullpen was fantastic from start to finish. Holland, Davis, Herrera, Hochevar, Madson and Coleman combined for a 1.85 ERA, 366 K's 81 walks and a 0.96 WHIP. Holland won the Mariano Rivera Reliever of the Year Award for the 2nd straight year. And set a new team record (breaking his own) for saves in a year with 52.

Like it was all year. The offense as a whole was pretty good. But individually was very AVG. Alex Gordon was the best all around player. .271 AVG, 22 HR, 75 RBI. Hosmer had the most RBI with 87. Morales the most home runs with 25. Alex Rios lead the team in AVG with .276. 1 point ahead of Infante at .275. Lorenzo Cain and Salvador Perez were very disappointing. Both were expected to hit very close to .300. Both finished under .240 and combined for 14 HR with 84 RBI. They have to be better in the playoffs.

With a week left until end of the season all the division winners were set. Both AL wild cards were up for grabs and statistically both of the NL but realistically Miami had the 1st one locked up already.

Here is how the last week played out. Records are coming into that day.

                ALL STAR BREAK 2016

We have reached the all start break this season. I completely forgot to update you guys on the first year draft, but there was absolutely no one worth noting. I mean it. Not one person drafted could help out any team. It was disappointing, but they do look good for the future.

Most of you like seeing this, so these are the league leaders for AVG, Hits, HRs, RBIs, SBs, Wins, Saves, ERA, and SOs for each league:

                AL
                AVG: Joe Mauer - .343
                Hits: Alcides Escobar - 119
                HRs: George Springer - 27
                RBIs: George Springer - 71
                SBs: Jose Altuve - 36
                Wins: Hector Santiago - 13
                Saves: Huston Street - 31
                ERA: Corey Kluber - 2.34
                SOs: Mashahiro Tanaka - 151

                NL
                AVG: Andrew McCutchen - .351
                Hits: Andrew McCutchen - 110
                HRs: Giancarlo Stanton - 27
                RBIs: Giancarlo Stanton - 66
                SBs: Dee Gordon - 38
                Wins: Stephen Strasburg - 11
                Saves: Hector Rondon - 31
                ERA: Clayton Kershaw - 1.80
                SOs: Stephen Strasburg - 163

As for the All Star Game. The NL was able to best the AL so NL secures home field advantage for the World Series. Oh well… The players from our team that were All Stars were Dustin Pedroia, Hanley Ramirez, and Mookie Betts.

We are 54-34 and 5.5 games ahead of the Rays for first place in the AL East. I am already thinking about next year and I am excited for our prospects to potentially join our team. Im thinking of trading Matt Kemp this coming off season for a young prospect and either putting Rusney Castillo or Byron Buxton at RF.

He have see HUGE leaps in our prospects ratings. Here are our top prospects and their ratings. (Go to page 43 to see what their ratings were at the end of the 2015 season).

                CF - 22 years old - Byron Buxton - 86 overall - A potential
                2B - 20 years old - Yoan Moncada - 86 overall - A potential
                SP - 22 years old - Henry Owens - 81 overall - A potential
                3B - 22 years old - Miguel Sano - 79 overall - A potential
                2B - 20 years old - Jamaal Cheek - 77 overall - B potential
                1B - 20 years old - Juan Dias - 74 overall - A potential
                C - 23 years old - Blake Swihart - 71 overall - A potential

With the way that Buxton, Moncada, and Owens are developing, I see them all in our lineup next year. I entertained the thought of trading Betts and having Buxton play CF, but I think I will trade Kemp in the off season instead. I think I will also get rid of Castillo for a good prospect. I want Moncada to start his career as soon as possible, and that might require us trading Pedroia this off season as well. We could pick up a good Ace to lead our rotation if we trade Pedroia in the off season and that is what I'm leaning towards doing. We might also call upon Dias for next season and have him be our DH.

We are a top 5 team right now, and in my opinion, we have the best farm system in the league. Put those two together and you have a dynasty my friends. I'm hoping the draft is nicer to us next year. However, if there is a highly rated free agent that it qualified and could help out our team, I might have to make a move for him. I have a lot of free time today so I'll be playing some games and simulating to the start of the 2017 season so I can give you guys a big update!

EDIT: We decided to make a trade right before the trade deadline. We traded 28 year old RF Rusney Castillo, 27 year old SP Joe Kelly, and 29 year old 2B Jemile Weeks to the Pirates for 25 year old SP Gerrit Cole, 20 year old SP Mitch Keller, and 23 year old RP Jhondaniel Medina.

I lost the season opener to the Marlins 8-4. Teheran got knock around early for 7 R, 6 ER, but he did K'd 6 in 4 IP. Giancarlo & C Salty both had 2R HR's. Young Jose Fernandez their ace dominated me early, but I got to him in 8th inning 3R 2ER. He only K'd 5. EYJ, Heyward and 3B CJ had 2 hits a piece. Heyward had 2 RBI and SB.

The 2016 season has come to an end! I will be explaining the post season, award winners, how the off season went, etc.

Once again, the Red Sox are the World Series champs! We swept the Nationals with Matt Kemp getting the Post Season MVP and Daniel Nava getting the World series MVP.

The regular season awards are as followed (minus the Gold Glove and Silver Slugger awards because that would take too long):

                        AL
                        MVP: Corey Kluber
                        Cy Young: Corey Kluber
                        Batting Title: Mike Trout
Reliever of the Year: Dellin Betances
Rookie of the Year: Kyle Zimmer
                        Hank Aaron: Mike Trout

                        NL
                        MVP: Clayton Kershaw
Cy Young: Clayton Kershaw (that makes it 4 years in a row!)
                        Batting Title: Andrew McCutchen
Reliever of the Year: Trevor Rosenthal
Rookie of the Year: Kris Bryant
                        Hank Aaron: Giancarlo Stanton

Here is the list of notable players that retired:

Koji Uehara (Now we need a CP)
                        Carlos Beltran
                        C.C. Sabathia

                        Jake Peavy
                        Bronson Arroyo

The only player elected into the Hall of Fame was Carlos Beltran. Lots of people retired this year… Thats what happens though. I'm hoping no one has to retire early because of an injury, so finger crossed!

The off season came to an end and there were two big name players the Red Sox added to their roster. The first one was SP Stephen Strasburg. He is 97 overall right now and only 28 years old. The other player we added was CP Drew Storen. He is 29 years old and 86 overall so he is a great replacement for Koji.

Two trades made by the Red Sox, with one of them being HUGE.

The Red Sox trade SP Wade Miley and SP Ivan Nova to the Tigers for CF Derek Hill and SP Steve Conrad.

HERES THE BIG ONE!!!! The Red Sox trade 2B Dustin Pedroia, RF Matt Kemp, and LF Hanley Ramirez to the Angels for CF Mike Trout and 2B Ray Escalona.

What sliders are you using if any? Been following your season as you go this year. Keep it rolling. My Pirates Franchise file got corrupted but luckily only 3 games in... Whew. I was using Dynamic Difficulty but I'm thinking of a HOF slider set and really challenge and frustrate myself to get better! If not go back to DD. I was only veteran in both pitching and hitting.

Thanks for following! I'm actually just using the basic sliders on All-Star for hitting, pitching, and fielding. I initially started with Dynamic Difficulty in another Spring Training franchise because it sounded perfect but it was too up and down for me. I tweaked the speed of the progress but just couldn't get to where I wanted. I used All-Star last year and found the challenge to be better and the results/stats to be comparable to real world.

I enjoy the challenge of losing and trying to improve myself. If I win too much with a team that doesn't warrant it, I will get bored quickly.

Are most people able to play past draft day?
