Which attributes affect the outcome of a simmer game in rtts? Mostly player stats or is it slider based?

Only a few sliders affect things in the front-end i.e simming (RTTS or otherwise) - Starter/Reliever Stamina, Manager Hook, Injury and Trade Frequency. Sims are very heavily influenced by ratings.

There's an interaction where the agent asks "if you need anything" or "how are you" that you have to wait for. I received it last night. There is an option to tell him "it could be better" or something like that. After that another dialogue will come and you can tell him you want to be promoted (which I did), demand a trade etc. He may not agree with you though, he told me it's too soon to make demands.

That's what my agent said too. I want to be moved back to 2B after the team moved me to 3B. He said something like he understood but we didn't have any leverage right now.

I can not hit at the major league level. I have 62 contact, 51 power and 72 vision. My average is consistently hovering around 0.160 and no manner of tinkering with Sliders and difficulties changes this. It's legitimately driving me insane.

I can not hit at the major league level. I have 62 contact, 51 power and 72 vision. My average is consistently hovering around 0.160 and no manner of tinkering with Sliders and difficulties changes this. It's legitimately driving me insane.

Same. I have 80/69 contact, good power, good plate vision and discipline, and I struggle to bat above 250 regardless of difficulty. Drawing a lot of walks, though.

Finally got the game and created a 6'5 RF. Never played the position before and got drafted by the Padres. Definitely didn't want to go there, so I told them my displeasure of them drafting me and that I wanted to get drafted by my favorite team. They were disgusted by me, and said they wouldn't sign me. I went to JUCO and picked my team, the Indians, in the second round.

While waiting for the OSFM roster, I decided to start a RTTS. I essentially made myself a 1-pitch closer (ala Mariano Rivera). I spent the majority of my initial points on making my cutter as devastating as possible.

I played in the showcases & got drafted by the Marlins in the 2nd round. I decided to go to college. this time got drafted by my Yankees.

So far, so good. I was second in AA saved approaching the all-star game. My manager asked me to be a starter. I reluctantly agreed and was gassed by the third inning both games. My manager kept me in the games which actually allowed me to earn a bunch a points. After two games, I was back to the closer role.

No sniff of the majors or a AAA promotion so far. My overall ranking is 48. Now that my cutter is where I want it to be, I'm going to start spreading the points around to get a 2nd pitch and get my overall score up.

Where the heck is my agent? I don't think I've gotten a call from him in about a calendar year now. I've been wanting to request a trade for a while now but it looks like I just need to keep grinding games until he finally calls?

Not really pleased with them taking away the interactions menu.

No-I still haven't seen a definite answer as to whether the amount of your contract affects what players your team signs/trades.I usually play it safe and sign for far less than I'm worth.
