I ripped one down the 1B line last night that hit the bag.....ball bounced wayyyyy up in the air at almost pop up elevation. Was really cool.

I hit a home run at Coors with Story (shocker, right?) and Matty V said "That ball is off the the yogurt stand! Tasty and way out of here!"

I thought it was funny because of his delivery, but the replay showed that it wasn't just a bull**** line: the ball actually landed on top of a brick and mortal frozen yogurt store in the LF corner.

They introduced location awareness in the commentary last year I believe, I wonder if they added any new locations this year or just the ones that were in last year.

If they did, then it's not too many. That's too bad, I'd love to see that feature get more love. Even saying things like: "About three-quarters of the way up the bleachers."

I loved when that happened last year. I was so confused initially and thought the game glitched up because the ball didn't land until 4-5 seconds later. That really surprised me to witness randomly

I had a slow roller down the 1B bag, and it juuust knicked the top of the bag and just over my fielder's arm. Rolled into right and was just so cool looking. Had a double play ruined on one at 2nd. It popped up and led to a run when it just shot off into the outfield. Each one looked natural. I may have a video of the one. If I do, I'll post it here. I'm so hooked...

Hit a home run that barely cleared the wall after a leaping catch attempt and after Matty V goes "the outfielder tried to snag that one but had it go off his glove and go over".

Thought he was just saying that as commentary so I went back into replay and sure enough he was right. The ball definitely wasn't going to clear the wall and did knock off the glove and bounce over the wall.

Pretty cool on both ends. The fact it can happen and that the commentary lines up with it.

Rosenthal had a fastball get away from him up in the zone and the umpire bailed....

                      Umpire was like..."OH ______!!!!"

The bleacher seats in Dodger Stadium, Wrigley and a few other stadiums is a good addition to the game. There are a few more that hopefully will be updated next year. I counted Arizona, Milwaukee, St. Louis, ChiSox, Detroit, Cleveland, Minnesota and Seattle stadiums as not having bleachers in this edition, but they do in real life.

I hit a foul groundball through the door/gateway into the visitors dugout at Citifield and one the players standing in the dugout had to jump over it to avoid being hit.

EDIT: it was Toronto pitching coach Pete Walker

Another thing I've never noticed that I'm sure has been in the game....but I'm seeing the strikeout on a foul tip that the catcher catches/holds on to more frequently. Happened to me twice last night in RTTS>

I'm sure its been in the game, but I've seen it more often in these first 2 weeks than I ever have before.
