It took 46 games, but I finally got the 2 double 3 rbi game done with Chase Utley. Have all the career arcs done except Morris and Hoffman. I have their diamond cards unlocked, just need to get all the stats completed.

This double and triple in the same match with Jackie Robinson is annoying the hell out of me, doesn't generate enough power to hit gaps.

Finally completed both IV Ripken and Pujols, more doubles with their hardware cards...yay lol

Finished Lee Smith too, that took a long time but finally was able to get the rookie Wagner card which is a beast. These closer and relief pitcher grinds are probably the most painful.

Still need 103 innings and 4 saves with Orioles to get Davis. The grind on this one is killing me because I still need 50 ip with Jack Morris and 3 CGs with IV Seaver to get gold Seaver and i still need 6 saves with Axford and 3 Rangers saves to get Dyson just to continue the Hoffman program. Oh and still need 250 ks with Gibson and 60 more legend innings to get BO Gibson. So much mych pitching [emoji24]

Not wishing to be the bearer of bad news, but the Breakout Gibson has probably the longest and most tedious mission of any card. 15 complete games including 5 shutouts with that one card. Have fun with that, I know I'm not!

I've now unlocked every available immortal card (the 50%, 25% ones) except the Babe one at 50% and the 75% one that I don't think is even attainable yet. Career arcs are all done except needing to do the Carter mission, get a bunch more saves with Axford to unlock the Hoffman mission and get 2 hits and the walk with Bour to unlock the Molitor mission. Don't really need the % towards their immortals at this point so I'm in no hurry

That's always how those missions go. It's the absolute worst.

Dealing with CPU on legend is annoying too. Ain't nothing like having a 1 run lead headed into the bottom of the last inning only to have the 8 and 9 (Pinch) hitters hit back to back homers. Or when I needed this 2 run homer to take the lead with 2 outs in the last inning and Tommy Pham turns into Bo Jackson and robs me of a homer over the center field fence.

Well I'm at 65% for conquest extreme now. Here is where hell really begins...
Saw a video that said play first 2 steal fans games on legend but you gotta go HOF the rest of the way. How'd the finishers here experience all that?

HOF is beatable, but I'm pretty sure you gotta steal fans every turn and I sure as hell hope I can withstand BS for 10-12 straight turns.

I gave up on conquest extreme...I just don't really care to get those final cards.

Currently grinding the newest event. Started 9-0 and now at 11-2. Really wanted to hit that 12 win mark but ran into one guy who flat out whooped me and another that was very fortunate. I hit so many "at em" balls and my pitch feedback was off resulting in some balls catching the plate.

Event try #1 was 10-2...started 1-0 in try #2.

What made you give up? Was it that you realized you went deep into it and are screwed?

I conquered the AL West+Dodgers and Royals by turn 5. As long as I keep winning the steal phases I should be ok. Won my first three on legend but lost the last two by blowing 3rd inning leads when the other team's bottom of the order turns into hall of famers. Would have been done by turn 4 and had a nice cushion but no, got wrecked by scrubs.

I want to get my catcher to 89, and I noticed that Vizquel Indians epic card is nice (Rave reviews from a friend who has it) I figured that conquest extreme would be a nice way to knock them both out so I can knock out 3 big things. When I have to play on all-star or higher I bring out the A-Team. On Veteran or rookie, I load it with Cleveland players so I at least have something I'm grinding

so all of this will get me 35k+ in stubs, Kemp, and some gold card rewards along the way. Molina will probably collect dust since I have a CAP catcher and maybe Dozier will get some burn but he doesn't excite me. and a whole lot of time wasted lol

Finally finished Piazza doubles. Cant hit homers with this new Mark Reynolds card to save my life. He doesnt hit the ball in the air for me, line drives all day.

Tried to knock out the Yankees stronghold on legend twice before sleeping last night. Well on my way to finishing conquest in 10 or 11 turns, but not going to take any risks by simming too much now that I'm this far.

Game 1 : One strike away from winning. Up by 1, got a 1-2 count against Gary Sanchez. I just hit R2 cause I've been curious where the AI thinks I should pitch. The game said throw this two seamer on the outside edge. I said to hell with that, I'm throwing a breaking ball at this bitch. Of course, Sanchez smacks this **** out of the stadium, ties the game, and I eventually lose in extra innings. Seriously felt like the game was giving me a middle finger for not listening

Game 2 : Blow a 3 run lead to a 3 run homer to some guy I've never even heard of in the 3rd and eventually lose in extras. GG

Legend difficulty is on some rubberband ish lol


I need one more save towards that portion of the Indians epic and the game isn't giving me saves that are clearly .... save situations....

I thought Id play this event because they essentially force you to. Guess pitch? LOL. **** that. There is no doubt in my mind they are just being *******s because they can and they know it doesnt matter. Its seriously depressing what this game has become.

I would say that one time I got audit by the IRS compares to same level of fright when the CPU tries to take a stronghold back late in conquest extreme, in an isolated area with no reinforcements around it
