I don't think I have seen this mentioned...

Did anyone get a look at the new 'fog' effects?
I remember hearing about this being added and wondered if anyone caught it.

Sounds like it could be cool in terms of visuals, not sure how it will affect gameplay though.


Also, I know i heard changes to the graphic overlays in terms of the color and style.
How does that look?

1st off, nice to be back..been almost a year lol.
After attempting the music thing last year curious if this has been anwered yet, this is back from page 53 I think. Just hoping the 3 split mp3's into 1 file is no longer. It would save A TON of time.

Anyways, nice to see everyone again and can't wait for release!

I asked earlier in the thread but either no one knew or they're not allowed to talk about it.. but were more slots added to the "sounds of the show" this year?

Last year, you may be aware, we had to double and triple up the song clips in each audio file because of the upload slot shortage

There is no fog element in the game this year. I know it was mentioned in an earlier preview but it is not in the game. I am sure we will see progression with this in upcoming versions of the show.

The overlays are a nice touch this year giving great in game information. The info bar that drops down from the HUD is steadily giving information about players, temperature, umpiring crew, official scoring decisions, who is on deck, etc. Ton of information.

I am excited bout the new streamlined, classy drop down stat box.
One thing lacking in the show was the TV style presentation.
Seems to have been kicked forward with RTP and Stat Overlays.

ANything Yankee related that you noticed different from last year, i.e. stances, animations, other slight or not so slight changes would be a fix.

Though being a Yankee follower, the demo will hopefully give me a chance to see somethings before March.

1. The oldtime stadiums are DLC and not part of the game?

2. No one has indicated whether or not this is going to be a collector's
edition?

3. Were any new HOF guys included that are new?

Yea I know Phantom, but it just pisses me off to no end that these companies can't let a damn game market their products for a realistic feel in this game. It's just greed, I have said that over and over, but it really is just ridiculous.

It's business, it's not greed, nor is it ridiculous. With everything that goes into making these games I'm surprised they don't charge us $100 for the thing.
