SD is ranked 6th in pitching, but don't seem so dominate. (Latos, Harang, Richard, Stauffer, LeBlanc) But, the Sox are so stacked with Peavy! (Peavy, Buehrle, Floyd, Danks, Jackson)
It should even out, I surely hope so, at least.

As for the personal-averages, sounds great to me. I'll probably do all that in four game sets, just so its all the same, you know? (Pitching lines and team averages at the same time)

I'll do the same. It may take me a couple days though. After 4 games, I'll post numbers.

As long as we write down doubles, fouls, strike percentage, and misses on paper...you know, the ones that the game doesn't store...we can tally them up however we choose later on.

I won't post results again until I get 10 games in, but I wanted to show you guys the spreadsheet I'm using to keep tally of everything. Below is the bottom line totals of my excel sheet after 2 games. I put the calculations for all the formulas, so all you have to do is plug in your numbers above (not shown on this photo). If you like it, I can email you the excel file.



I only started my Royals franchise so far. BTW because I simmed the month of April, I put in how they did at the bottom in blue. Can you believe the lonley Royals went 17-10 before I took over and got them back to their losing ways. LOL. (Lost 2 games straight already)

Gosh, the Pads' offense is pitiful. And facing the 3-4-5 for the Cards, aint easy.

Iliveforthis, how did your games go yesterday? Seem promising?

I should have Sabathia and Josh Johnson going tonight...unless NYY plays two before FLA opens their season. Otherwise, it'll be Burnett.

Hero, I will also be playing with Colorado. I figured that could be my team with a good pitching staff. What do you guys think?

My two starters actually pitching well. In both games I pulled them in the 6th inning though, because their aren't workhorses. But my middle relief is struggling. I was carrying 14 pitchers the last two games. LOL... For this KC staff, pitching will truly be the war of attrition. LOL

The Cards are a blast to pitch with. That's perfect!!!

After we all get through, say; 10 games, when we post our stats, I may call on you to post some separate pitching lines from your starters in the games where your bullpen coughed it up (not necessarily fouls and stuff, just their typical pitching lines that you can access by viewing previously played games on the schedule).

You know what I mean? It would be a shame for us to make tweaks to the sliders JUST because KC's bullpen is SO awful. We'll have to keep that in mind for when we decide whether or not to adjust anything.

I had a great game one with the Padres, its all I got through, sadly. A few numbers seemed spiked, but then again, they should average out. Seemed promising, for sure.
Game One with Peavy tonight, should be a blast.

Yeah I know what you mean about keeping the pitching lines for starters. I will have all that info ready to go. Because I'm using excel on my laptop, I can break down the data however you would to see it.
