Mate, are you updating these online too, or only in the OP? I DL V1 a while back and would like to just DL the update but wasn't sure if you've been doing that or not? (Haven't really been following the thread; forgive me)

I'm going to stop you right here.

Quit asking in every single slider thread if they will work for CPU vs CPU. If nothing has been said about it, then I'd assume no one knows and you should try it yourself.

I don't want to sound rude, but asking in every thread is considered spamming.

Quit asking and try for your self. It's freaking obvious they are made for user vs cpu.

What's the point of cpu vs cpu anyway...you're not even playing the game then

For what it's worth I have been messaging a designer of MLB The Show and he said that as far as he knows tapping the pitch button means that you're throwing the ball with a little less effort (saving some energy) but with slightly more accuracy. The longer you push the button the more energy you use and the more velocity your pitch will have, but at the expense of some accuracy of course. This is what many of us have suggested in regards to how classic pitching works exactly but I know there's been a couple different thoughts on how the mechanic works exactly. I just thought I'd share.

Armor are you seeing the cpu swing and miss at a decent rate? Seems like since the patch the cpu hasn't been missing much which has been making pitching extremely boring.

Not seeing that at all and the patch was not a gameplay patch it was exclusively online fixes.

I see the CPU chasing and swinging and missing just like day 1.

Armour, I'm asking for your advice as I have used your sliders for the last several years and trust your advice and opinions in regards to this game. I don't get to play very often so because of that I would like to be able to hit the ground running. I have installed your sliders, but still have one issue I need to resolve before I can feel like I'm ready to go. That issue is witch level is best for pitching. You moved up to HOF as you said you became too dominant on AllStar and you have become very good at setting hitters up. I pitch with absolutely no human "input" at all. I aim the stick to the location the catcher wants, select the pitch he calls for and tap x. Every pitch. Based on my approach, is Allstar level the way to go or would HOF give me more realistic results? I play a Mets franchise (good rotation) and a Yankees franchise. I'm having trouble starting my franchises until I figure this out. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks
