After I upload the latest live roster. How do I save it and then do that roster management stuff to save my rosters?

On the top right click "create", then "roster control", then "save roster, and then you either just click save roster if the roster you want is already loaded, or save and load live roster if you wan that.

      I hope that helps

So speed 4 for hitting looks good, but I did lower the power back to 5. So all my slider settings are exactly what armor recommends, just my pitch speed is 4. I wish I could have stayed at 5, but it just want fun striking out 10 to 15 times almost every game. You guys have amazing reflexes!

Do you guys feel that you are getting enough homers with power at 5 and contact at 6? It's hard to tell with my Cubbies, we don't have a lot of power.

Yes, you’ll get a fair amount of power. At 6 the ball was flying all over the place

I'm losing my mind. Top of the 9th at Pitt, 1 to 1 score. Marcus Stroman pitched a gem for me. Gave up 6 hits, 1 run in 8 innings. The ace of the Pirates was giving me trouble as well. I have 1 out,
but I feel that I can win this. I still had 6 or 7 strikeouts, but things feel much better with speed at 4. I'm having fun. I just know that I'm going to score, then bring out my closer, and get our second win of the year.

And then.... bloop, back to the Xbox home screen!!!! The game crashed. Reloaded, and when I loaded my franchise, I was back at the "play next game" screen. Poor Stroman, he gave up 3 through 6 in his first game, and then in his second game he throws a gem only to lose it to a bug! Errr!!!

Need some clarification on the sliders, when it says 5(+1) does that mean 6 or 5?

Thanks but I can’t figure it out (old man here)

I did download live roster. Then saved it. Started my Phillies franchise by going through rosters/lineups/rotation. I know it’s the right roster because that Suzuki is on the Cubs

But I also want this roster for my Yankees franchise. It looks like I have to download the live roster again and make all the same changes did with my Phillies franchise. I thought there was a way to use the same roster (after my changes) for both franchises

After you have the correct rosters loaded, start your franchise and then schools the roster you have loaded. I forget how it words it when it asks you what roster you want to use.

One last question before I start my final franchise using this setup and slider set.

I’m a little intimidated with 30 team control. Setting up the other 29 teams with this setup, is it basically “set it and forget it “ or will I have to constantly oversee the entire league?

I’m not too concerned with lineups and bullpens but more worried about poor trades.

So with 30 team control, the amount of control I take is totally up to me correct?

You can set the computer based teams management on purely auto so lineups, call ups / send downs, injury management, waivers, FA, trades, etc. and just forget about it. When / if a poor trade or decision is made that you take note of, you can just reverse it. Also, if you want to make a realistic trade that happens in real life, but not accepted by the CPU in game, you can make sure it goes through.

I tend to manage lineups / roster decisions of the CPU teams and manage MLB injuries but that’s about it. The beauty of 30 team control is you can have as much or little control of the other teams as you want. I wouldn’t do a franchise any other way when I play every pitch of every game and invest so much of my time in it.

How do guys pitch on HOF with classic pitching? I pitch on legend with analog pitching, anything above all star with classic you literally have no idea where the ball is going to go unless you're pitching with an ace caliber guy. Back end rotation guys or scruffy bullpen chuds have no shot at all unless they just get very lucky. More than half the pitches will wind up several feet away from where you aimed lol That should happen at times but not at that frequency for a major league arm.
