Those are the exact same pitch speeds I use and so far it’s worked wonders for me. Enjoy the game my friend. Every game is a different experience.

I got beat yesterday 18-7 by the Rangers as the Yanks. Montgomery gave up 7 runs in the first and never made it out of the inning. Today I beat them 5-4. I’ve got to trade Montgomery or send him down or something . He’s terrible! Different games each day. Love the variety

How many times a year do you start your franchise over? [emoji23]

So I have followed Armors Sliders for years and never change them. As soon as Armor locks them in I’m off and running.

But I will tell you the is the first year that this game is just to easy for me. So I understand what you are saying. The only difference is I just never change anything. I have had bad years with my Braves franchise and I have had great years.

This year it is a absolutely extraordinary year. I have 3 games left in July and my Braves are absolutely ridiculous. I have 82 wins. I have hit 337 hr and my era is 2.65. But man this game plays awesome and I won’t change a thing. Like I said this is the first year I have been this dominant.

Just keep playing man and enjoy this great game.

And here I am scuffling as I approach the All-Star Break at 38-36 6.5 games back of Boston.

I'm 35-42 with my Cubbies I'm rated 13th, Cardinals are rated 12th, I split a 4 game home series against them, and then lost 2 out of 3 at their place recently. 6-1, L, 2-1 in win in the 11th with Contreras getting the tying run in the 9th with 2 outs and 2 strikes! And lost 4-3 in the rubber match after being up 3-0.

I use the pitch meter, pitch speed 3, no injuries. All my stats are very reasonable, and the game feels great.

Nothing in life is perfect, except Armor's sliders.

Thanks. Before I “officially” started my franchise, I had moved pitch speeds to 7/7 and played quite a few games like that. I moved it down to 6/6 to start my franchise (again) as I thought I was late on fastballs most of the time on 7/7.

But I actually was striking out more on 6/6 for some reason. WAY too early on Verlander’s off speed stuff. So I moved it back up to 7/7 and it felt better. Maybe my “eyes and swing speed” are better suited for 7/7. It almost seemed easier

I am in the same boat as you. I am dominating. I've played 25-30 exhibition games with multiple teams and only lost twice. Now I am 29-1 in my Braves franchise. I have the lowest ERA in the league, 3rd in Strikeouts, and 27th in walks. Other than 1 game where the Reds came out and scored 7 in the first and beat me 13-3, I can't get the cpu to score more than 1 or 2 runs per game. I have 1 shutout, 1 game where the cpu scored 13, and 28 games where they scored 1 or 2. Meanwhile I am leading the league in Homeruns, 4th in runs, 6th in batting average. Acuna has 19 homeruns, Riley has 15, Rosario has 12. Its fun on the offensive side, but frustrating knowing I can shut the cpu down at will. I've tried some adjustments to tone things down on my end, but then it turns into a 2-1 or 3-2 ballgame where all of the runs scored are solo homeruns. I have made adjustments to try and get the cpu to hit better but then they just hit homeruns. I keep seeing everyone's posts about struggling in their franchise, I watch Armor's stream and see the cpu hitting and scoring runs. So I keep pushing hoping for the best. I feel wrong saying this but I would enjoy a good losing streak at this point.

I’m considering dumping my Phillies and Yankees franchises and starting a Pirates and Royals franchise for this reason. It seems once I score 2 runs I know I’ve won the game.

I’ve been struggling with getting to where I wanna be but I think I finally have made small adjustments that have things playing very well. I’m going with V2 at pitch speeds 6/6 and I lowered Human Contact to 6 and raised CPU Solid hits to 4. Started my M’s franchise with a four game sweep of the Tigers. First two games I had sliders set exactly at V2 and smoked the CPU. Made adjustments and last two games were close walkoff wins.

Loving the sliders. I haven’t started my franchise just yet as I love having everything set as realistic as possible so I’ve been using the ridin rosters and back dating them to opening day then adding in real injuries to players. I wanted to ask about the sponsorships method discussed toward the end. Has anyone noticed major differences in the off-season asfter using these? I just really don’t want to take the extra time to add these and spend the stubs on the sponsorships if it doesn’t seem to make too much of a difference. Thanks I’m advance.
