Same here! Choo has done about as good as you can for a leadoff hitter. Wait until Votto starts hitting regularly as well.

Also I think Paul should get a lot of chances to earn that starting left field job as well. I like Heisey, but he shouldn't get it by default.

Why on earth is first pitch at 4:15 today?

Also, I really hope they can ruin the cards' opening homestand

Choo looks bad in CF today. 3 runs off his errors.

9 run 9th... Wow. This offense is sick. I think it really shows how much of a black hole guys like Stubbs were to this offense.

And Todd Frazier is not letting the sophomore slump affect him. I was a bit uneasy about how he would do this year, but so far so good.

False. I listened on Saturday, and I listened today as well. Don't know why it wasn't on on Sunday, but I was able to watch live because I get Nationals games locally.

I know Choo looked bad out there today, but his offense has been awesome, and he is going to get better out in CF. The 9 run 9th was awesome, and Xavier Paul has been awesome early this year.
I wasn't alive during the 1990 championship run, but this team feels special. It's early, but they have the talent to go all the way and it's going to be fun to watch this year

I think you're only able to listen to Reds on iheartradio only if you're outside of their media market, which obviously if you're local to Nationals that's the case.

Yea, I don't think he's as bad in the outfield as Stubbs was at bat. I also think the offense is good enough that he doesn't have to be a gold glover. I'm not saying it doesn't matter what he does on defense, just that I'd take his faults over Stubbs's.

Yesterday was a beautiful game. The ninth was so enjoyable. Me and my boss like the Reds and he hates the Cardinals, so it also made work a good day lol

I have never been able to listen to the Reds on 700 wlw on I heart. Soon as the 1st pitch is thrown it goes off to a previously recorded program. I have it on right now at 923 pm and the Reds game is not on. They are playing a replay of Sloan show.
I also just tried to listen to the Dodgers on 570 am out of LA and it won't work.

Yeah it makes no sense. Like I said, I could listen on Saturday, couldn't on Sunday, then I could again on Monday.

Having someone that actually gets on base in front of Votto will be very, very nice.

I'm really glad no one on here is freaking out wanting Heisey to go to Center after that game Monday.
Its really simple honestly, would you rather Choo be playing CF in October having played there all season? Or having played there half the season (assuming he'd move back once Ludwick returns).

I'm sure there's some kind of advanced metric that may refute this but based on the eye ball test I can't believe he wont make up nearly all of the runs his defense costs the team.
