The secondary was between BH and defender, but I think BH was a little more valuable for a player like Klay. My defense control skills are very good as is, so hopefully not having a defender archetype will not hurt too much.
I would say Klay is the 3 point / defense build easy. He's more known as two way player especially for his defense against Kyrie in the finals .

I agree. 3PT/BH seems like a good build, but don't call it a Klay build because it's really not.

After looking at that chart and the other one for ball control, I'm happy to say that it appears any "speedboosting slasher " with contact dunks is going to have to be a slasher primary. That's good, because a playmaker primary with the best handles and contact dunks would've been bad. Not unstoppable by any means, just bad.

I was laughing when the dunk chart came out. Again, I made my SG Playmaking Slasher the correct height/weight/Build off the jump, and my Prelude guy will probably be the guy I use all year. Excellent

Well, when they said make a player how you like to play, and everything'll work out, you're the success story, lol. Good stuff.

Hakeem = post / defense (or pure post )
Shaq = post / rebounding (or post / finishing )

                  Alright.

Last year playmakers "created" shots better than shot creators.

I wanted a shot creator with playmaker skills and a big body, but I can only max out at 6'5 with Shot Creating as my primary skill.

I just made a 6'7 Ball handling primary shot creating secondary that will be able to hit the 90 dribbling threshold, and I felt like he played MUCH better than my 6'5 player. especially defensively.

I got green threes too, off the dribble. So I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this and had similar outcomes. I wasn't getting this with the 6'5 player.

I know shot creators could hit contested shots and shoot off dribble better than any archetype in 17, but playmakers and point forwards could create space off the dribble so effectively they were essentially better at creating looks. What is the potential of 2K18 playing out in a similar way?

Playmakers will have lower strength/dunk which will hopefully keep them in check when taking contested inside shots, Shot creators will be better at this and they are not much slower than playmakers

Level 4 = Big man contact dunks which are only available for SF, PF, C with the height requirements needing to be met too..

You don't see this verbiage in the chart though. This was a *side note* in the tweet.

just going off prelude experience and testing out multiple builds

You guys who make these smaller centers will get abused in the paint by larger centers with more weight/size... and now 7'3 can have contact packages? spamming steal toned down? say goodnight bro.

you guys who make these bigger centers will get abused by guards and will be slow footed the only big center who may even stand a chance will be archetypes who are part defending. good luck bro

if you want to try and balance everything out go 7'0 - 7'2 max and add a +15-20 on your weight.

Honestly everyone saying they're making smaller centers is making me want to use a post scoring/defending C instead of a defending/rebounding. I've been working on my post game a lot in 2KU so I think I wouldn't be wasting my primary. Just gonna have to look at caps again I guess

Maybe 3pt/defense bc Klay's not much of a ball handler
