That trade seemed logical to me. Definitely some thought put into the intentions of all teams involved. One thing I wish more people took into account with trades (or I guess I wish the game enforced NBA trade rules) is that unless you are in late December (which I think JBH is), K. Brown is not eligible to be included in any trades. Same with the Melo trade that included Boozer. If 2K would add these trade rules, trades would become a bit more "realistic." Also, people would stop signing FA's (Iverson anyone???) only to include him in a trade.

Actually it occurred on December 4th in my association, so had their been that rule been in place it could not have gone through until after Dec. 15th. No biggie though. The rule is mainly in place to prevent teams from signing free agents with the intent of using them strictly as trade fodder...perfect example in 2K11: folks signing Allen Iverson, then immediately trading him.

In the case w/ Kwame, he was traded to help net Rodney Stuckey, and accepted by Detroit due to his expiring deal. A win-win for both teams.

The New Jersey Nets have opened up the season 2-0 after pulling off an OT win against the Kings. The score was 124-120 (due to a high scoring second half).

The player of the game was Terrence Williams, who exploded in the second half with 19 points after only recording 4 in the first. He finished the game with 23, 8, 8, and 2 steals.

Lopez and Harris also had 22 apiece. The high man for the Kings was Tyreke Evans who had 21 points and 8 assists.

The Nets look to get an unlikely win against the Heat who are also undefeated at this point.

I'm considering starting my association over, I'm not sure if it's the gameplay settings or the team but I can't win to save my life. I'm become a victim of making 3 trades or more before playing my first game, I think that's where a lot of us go wrong, but I've seen the light, lol. So from hear on out I'm playing with the Bulls original roster until I feel we need a change.

Me and you seem to be the only two using the Bulls seriously for association. So it's nice to have someone else here to bounce ideas off of. This is my thing about using the Bulls: Don't trade away Noah or Rose. They are what make the Bulls the bulls. The bench: try keeping Korver, Gibson, JJ and Asik.

Everyone can be up for grabs to use in trades. I'm currently working on a trade for Melo (even though I may have to trade override to make it happen, I hate that feeling) But I'm basically almost overpaying for him, so that eliminates the guilt. That is one storyline you could go with.

Let me know what else you think of... I remember you trading for Granger. Not sure what happened there? Good luck playing with original Bulls roster. I hate Brewer and especially Bogans. I can't seem to get his shot down. And I'm a drive and kick kind of offense, I need shooters. I give it 2 games in before you make your first trade lol. I'll be waiting to help ya

Currently the Chigago Bulls and sitting 8-1. Lost my last game to the Houston Rockets, Yao Ming was unstoppable until his injury in the fourth quarter but I just couldn't sink the final three, lost by three points.

Playing on All-Star with futures sliders and Hoosiers rosters.

Any way to improve? I've got the best defense in the league and lead in steals per game, defensive rebounds per game. Was seeing if Deng could be traded away but he gives me some much needed rebounding and points from the bench.

I traded for Lee too in my Bulls association too. I like him.

I'm not sure Twolves would trade away Johnson. Even though it's for 2 first rounders....they will be low first rounders most likely. or at least 15th pick or lower.

It really depends on how you use Rose. Not to be mean, but you're the one in control of how many turnovers he commits. His ball handling rating his high so I doubt its him just losing his dribble. You're the one that controls who/where he passes

Let's just say me and Danny Granger didn't mesh lol, for some reason I can score with Deng coming off screens better than Granger. I'm not sure if it's because I traded for TMac who some what messed up my offense. But I'm starting from scratch, Brewer, Bogans, Watson are getting traded, I might work with player finder this time around, trade finder gets bogus sometimes. Boozer and Noah are rebound monsters, but Boozer have trade value so he might have to go, preferably to Portland, honestly I miss the old core of Hinrich, Gordon & Deng. I thought about bringing them back but for now I'm targeting Melo, JR Swish and K-Mart. Hopefully I can pull something off with Denver.

Just made a new expansion team called the Brooklyn Beach Badboys. Playing 12 minute quarters on All-Star. I knew I couldn't win any games my first season with my roster, so I simulated the first season. 0-82.

Hired a new coach and some new scouts. Also, drafted this GREAT young SG named Kenny Cross. He's the next Kobe Bryant.

After that, I managed to Carmelo Anthony in free agency!

Then, I went and sign-and-traded one of my free agent signings (I forgot who) for Lamarcus Aldridge.

After that, I went and traded my 1st rounder for disgruntled Kyle Lowry. Came at a discount because he wouldn't stop demanding trades.

Then, I traded Michael Redd and a 1st rounder for disgruntled Emeka Okafor.

So, after an 0-82 season, my starters are:

Kyle Lowry
Kenny Cross
Carmelo Anthony
Lamarcus Aldridge
Emeka Okafor

Usually, I'd say it's unrealistic, but Carmelo Anthony wants out of Denver, I got Cross in the draft, I gave more in return for Aldridge than I got, and Lowry and Okafor were demanding trades. Is this TOO unrealistic?

Yes that is kind of unrealistic.
No way Anthony and Aldridge would want to play for an expansion team coming off of an 0-82 season.

A bit of advice, if you want to get Melo, you will have to trade override it. If you don't mind doing that, then go for it. I've literally tried every single scenario possible to get Melo and to no avail. And I'd recommend getting Affalo instead of JR. Better defender.

when makin trades with the bulls trade bench players first. by tradin them first you dont mess up the team chemistry much.
