I'd recommend Jermaine O'Neil (starts at 74 and his rating barely drops for the first couple of years.. plus is always very unhappy in Boston by the deadline so easier to get) if you just want a straight upgrade.

For younger guys to develop I like Aldrich (3 stars so hard to get), McGee, Oden (injuries though), Robin Lopez (terrible D rebounding to start but 90s hustle), Thabeet (very raw but 7'3), DeAndre Jordan (very low potential.. great rebounder, very athletic), and Hawes (if you want a stretch 5).

I like that you kept Jamison, I wouldn't move him as he can play the 3/4 plus is very cheap to keep as a 6th man/role player after his contract is up. Easy guy to drop 20 points with but not much of a defender in the post.

Since you moved Sessions you might want to grab a PG to develop as well if you can (or just wait until the draft). There are many good young PGs in 2K11 to develop. SGs are usually abundant I find in comparison.

Need some trade advice...doing an NY association. Picked up Oden to hold down my centre position. Anyway now I have Ronny Turiaf and Shelden Williams. One has to go but I'm torn between them. Both the same age but Williams has a lower contract (only this year and he is undecided) Defense is my main priority though and Williams is better in the rebound stakes and can also shoot from close and mid range.

It's the blocking stat of Williams that worries me, it's only 55 compared to Turiaf's 99. Bit slower and ball security low as well. Any advice guys?

Would u keep Turiaf or Williams, if defense is your main priority?

Really? If you are blazers, why would you give up both camby and oden and only get chandler in return? Just give away either of them and add a pick. Beaubois is not worth that much. If you're mavs, well congrats on a steal.

Trade Analysis...

I think this trade would work out more in my favor... The addition of Oden improves my C position... Billups gives me a solid veteran PG that Kyrie can learn from and SF/SG Ariza is the type of versatile defender I need off the bench...

The Hornets are 22-34 and pretty much in a rebuild mode. So, they are looking to dump some salary cap and acquire drafts picks... They already have the Knicks 1st rounder, along with their own in this upcoming draft. This deal would give them a 3rd, 1st round pick, along with a 2nd rounder from Portland...

The Blazers can't seem to keep Oden happy. For whatever reason, they simply will not play him as much as he wants to be played... This deal gives them 2 players that should fit in with their team in Jamison and Varejao... Along with a young PF, Brackins from the Hornets...

Trade affect on Cavaliers...
As I said before this deal would give me everything that I've been looking for... Veteran leadership at the PG position... Versatile defensive presence at the SG/SF position and an upgrade at the starting C position...

Billups and Ariza would give me a legit bench squad of, Billups, Rush, Ariza, Diebler, Thabeet... Only real weak spot would be my backup PF spot, where Brandon Wright would have to step up a little bit...

Well, thats about it... What do you guys think? I really don't think the trade is unfair, as explained by my reasoning above...

I saved my association before I completed this trade. Just because I'm not sure if I'm gonna be happy with it lol.

I'm gonna play a few games and see how things work out...

One thing that is different now... PG Chauncey Billups has informed me that he will be "hanging them up" after this season

Before I made the trade, I did not here anything of him wanting to retire, or, I wouldn't have made the deal...

This trade looks like it has a long way to go before it looks fair.

The Sixers are pretty unlikely to trade Turner away for those pieces. 2nd overall pick, good potential, good all around player, great (going to be) outside shooter. Wesley Matthews and Fields are nice, not sure how Chauncey fits into that equation but I'm sure it's a help at the PG position regardless (most likely off the bench for Jrue)

i ended up just not including the blazers and sent fields and billups and a second round to 76ers for Turner and a seperate trade to Dallas for Haywood
