Re: NBA Live 18 - Demo Impressions
Man, camera relative controls would be dope.
I love my broadcast angle, but I cant really do everything I want to do.
Kind if OT: I watched a video of Lives 14s halftime show...while the Live team needed to so some things to clean it up themselves, Jalen Rose just seems waaaay more comfortable then when he first got on TV
Presentation in general is just top notch this year.Comment

Lol I really don't like these celebrations. I get that it's a game but seeing Klay do that... Thing. Hurts my eyes. [emoji13]

Re: NBA Live 18 - Demo Impressions
I posted a video of Shumpert doing that, and he actually responded with a lmao, I ain't doin that. Response. Pretty cool.
Also, to those asking about draft position, I was 1st pick to the Sixers, so it can happen.
Lastly, keep impressions and suggestions coming. The demo and game will continue to evolve and be tweaked based on response from the community.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: NBA Live 18 - Demo Impressions
Lol, have y'all seen that if someone gets kicked or hit by a ball they react accordingly? Saw one clip where Rose was drilled in the face by an inbound and reacted. Someone in here posted Curry kicked in the nuts too and reacted accordingly.
Pretty funny

I really like it so far. I don't know if it is just the buzz of something different besides 2k or what, but i am enjoying it a lot.Comment

Re: NBA Live 18 - Demo Impressions
Did the game speed change with the update?
Seems a bit faster. Really liked the speed before.
If the speed changed due to people bumping it up, can we know what game speed in settings would mimic the one previously?
Also noticed a lot more missed shots. Not sure if it's just one games random occurrence or better defense.
Lastly, it's been said before, the left handed shots need to go. It makes sense on layup attempts by elite guys like Kyrie and Curry but I had Kyrie attempt one from 8 feet out while being bumped and spinning off a body. And it wasn't a heave, lucky shot. It was off foot but looked very natural. It just isn't in reality and shouldn't be that easy.

Re: NBA Live 18 - Demo Impressions
If anyone is interested Ive made a slight break though for all the extra blocking in game.
Turned both offensive and defensive air/ground collision frequency to 100. Shot contest to 70 and blocking to 10.
Good timed blocks are rewarded with players with the skill to block. Better
contact animations under the rim with the few quarters ive played.Comment

I went first overall both with a marksman SG and a slashing PG. Am I doing something wrong with the difficulty? I set it at the main menu but I don't see the option in The One.
