nice job with the sliders. i found that fouls are too frequent and players fatigue too quick for my liking and i am tweaking, but a great set to go off of

i've played about 10 games already and won by an average of 12 points..ai has the tendency to catch up around the third and fourth qtr but like i said, all star is just too easy.

If all star is to easy go up to superstar. The sliders do transfer well.

I just tried the sliders and it definitely improved the game a lot and made it more realistic. The freestyle superstar was toned down, but I had a hard time ever doing anything near the basket. The only time I felt like I was making my shots was when the game went into the scripted EA mode. I couldn't make any three's until the end of the game when Carter went on a run and won the game for me with 1.1 sec left (final score 50-49 net vs. rockets).

I have used these sliders for a few games now and they are great. The only problem I had with them is the fouls being too high. I was getting over 40 free throw attempts a game so I just toned those down a bit. I am going to try and see if I can get some realistic results with 12 minute quarters by using your sliders as a base. I dont know if it can be done but I would like to give it a shot. The playbooks work really nicely too. I have had many different games. Ive blown out a team, ive gotten blown out and I have had close games. Thanks for the hard work.

12 Minutes might have to be played at 40 Game Speed. Then drop Shooting Fouls down to 35 but leave Reach In Foul at 50 because I set it so that that guy's who like to always go for a steal will back off a bit once they get called more often......

I don't like guy's abusing the steal button so that's why my sliders have a high Reach In setting. PLay posistional defense and take chances but not everytime down floor trying to steal (Not you personally but their are guy's who will abuse the steal button).

I can only suggest lowereing the Shooting Sliders for Human and Increasing the CPU's ON Ball Physical Defense then raise their shooting Sliders.

Here's what I would do if you don't move up to Difficult Level. I can't play on Difficult because I'll get my azz kicked every game and I want to atleast play .600 ball with Dallas in my franchise because that's realistic for them overall.

Make these adjustment if you stay on All-Star:

                  HUMAN
                  SHORT RANGE-32
                  MEDIUM-36
                  LONG-34

                  CPU
                  SHORT RANGE-37
                  MEDIUM-40
                  LONG-37
                  ON BALL PHYSICAL DEFENSE-80
                  FAKEOUT DISCIPLINE-100

THAT SHOULD BEEF UP THEIR DEFENSE AND IMPROVE THEIR OFFENSE JUST ENOUGH TO CLOSE THAT 12 POINT AVERAGE IN POINT DIFFERENTIAL.

Does anyone have all the jersey and shoe codes yet?

There are a ton of sweet shoes this year and I like to style my players up before starting Dynasty play.

                      Hey PM,

I'm about to start a franchise with the Knicks. Does their playbook on the first page reflect the Eddie Curry trade? I believe it does but just want to make sure. He'll be getting minutes at PF and C.

Today's actually the first time that I'll be trying out the sliders with all of the changes (Def. Autoswitch, Low Pressure on the Cs & PFs, etc.) Looking forward to it!

THe Knicks were Updated to include the Eddie Curry trade. But they were mostly setup to take advantage of their 3 perimeter players Marbury, Crawford and Richardson's outside shooting and the fact that I think Isiah wants to play more uptempo.

The PLay designed for Curry is called Bulls-Eye.

Also the Defensive Pressure on both sides should be set to High for all PF's and C's. The SF's, SG's and PG's all remain at DEFAULT settings with no adjusments.

Make sure Shooting Fouls are at 40 and REACH IN at 55 those were the recent changes. I have updated the rebounding aswell but it's still being tested so if you want you can set all rebounding Sliders to ZERO accept CPU's DEFENSIVE Rebounding wich is at 100.

Great game. Great sliders. Helluva game, very enjoyable. The Celts really spread the ball around. Gerald Green was nearly unstoppable. We D'd up good on Pierce.

PM, that "Philly" play was absolutley perfect for the Knicks! We were down and once I was able to figure out how the play was to be executed, you know I ran it damn near every time down court because we were trailing late.
Marbury gives the ball up and curls around to get it on the wing. I got it to him once, stepped in and hit an 18 footer. Got it again, hit a 3. Got it again, drove and fed Channing Frye for a dunk. INCREDIBLE!

You've made this game really fun to play man!!
