I dont know but I just boosted all my starters and some of my of backups confidence before my game against Northwestern in the 2nd round of NCAA Tournament. My Top 8 guys have 89% confidence or higher. So, I expect my shooters to shoot well

I just lost in the second round against NorthWestern, 66-63. I was down 14 points in the half, and I am not going to lie I didnt think we had a chance. Their 3-2 defense was shutting down our 3pt game. Even when my shooters was open, we couldnt make shots. but, we came back with 1 point with .10 secs left. They missed the FT, We had 10 secs to get the game winning basket. I f**ked up and passes to a crowded player and got a turnover. I had the chance to tie it up, but got blocked. Their PG played his a** off. I have to give them credit. We just messed with TOs, forced the issue, didnt capitalize.

I won Conference Coach of Year(5th time) and we won our Conference easily. My FR PG Vassallo won CFOY. Camara was a 1st time All-Conference. I have 9 straight 20 win seasons with 6 NCAA tournament appearances. My career record after 11 seasons is 257-99 and I am 26. I got some pretty good offers from teams in Power Conferences. Oregon St, Missouri, Purdue, Nebraska. But, I will stay. I dont want to have to basically start over and sim 1st 2 seasons to have teams fit my offense. Plus I really like my roster. I got my Charisma to A+. I have Assitant with A+ Charisma, and I just signed a Assistant with A Charisma. So I should be able to sign great talent.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

In my 12th season(4th with Gonzaga). We are 9-0(all simmed). I missed out on signing a 5 star SG who I had 100% interest and a C with 85%. I lost both of them to Washington. They are always taking the good players from me. They probably knew that I stay with teams for only 4 years. I signed 2 3 star players that were needs. I have no more scholarships, so I am recruiting for the future. I will try my best to go undefeated(I can with my schedule), so I can see If I get a top ranking. I want to get more coach goals achieved for the boosts. Only won I can get this year is either Coach a team to #1 or win a National Championship.
I am having thoughts about leaving Gonzaga. Last offseason, I got offer from Power Conference teams. If I have a similar season and get my Coach Grade to A-, I will get more power conference offers. But, I am not sure. I will have a great team next year. I will have 2 good JR PGs, a great SR SG(who was a 5 star recruit), and Soph PF(4 star guy), I am not sure if I will have a good SF(not sure if he is a SR right now). I am not sure if I want to leave that.
The Power Conference Team has to have:
          1. Good roster
          2. Dont have to spend 2 years recruitng for scheme.
          3. Good recruiting area with not too much competition in state.

I want to have to play my conference games. Only consistently good team in WCC is LMU(Loyola, I think). Each year teams is inconsistent. One year San Diego or Santa Clara is good and the next theyre avg-terrible. With another year under my belt and hopefully a A- Coach Grade, I can get a Power Job. I got one last offseason, but teams would be rebuild situation. So, I should get better offers this offseason.

What region has the best recruits consistently?

I thinking either NorthWest or NorthEast. Ive seen tons of good recruits in the northwest. My next team has to be in either region.

New York, Texas, North Carolina and California all are great recruiting states.

Great, Now I know where to look for. I will check current coaches contracts.
                Teams on radar:
                Syracuse
                ST. Johns
                Texas A&M
                California
                UCLA
                USC
                Wake Forest

Teams like Texas and UNC(and Probably Syracuse), I know I am either not on their radar or their contracts arent going to expire. If I am able to get a A- grade, I will probably get one of these job offers. But, I dont think there is a Coach Goal I can achieve this year. I dont think I can win a ring this year with Gonzaga. I think I can win next year with my players being better. But, I dont think I might stay next year. I though about it and I realiaed that I actually like the 2 years I rebuild a team. If I signed a 5 star player 1st year with Gonzaga, I cant imagine what I can do with a better team in a power conference. Im leaning towards Pac 10/12 or maybe Big 12. Mainly because when I sim the season, I dont want to have a horrible record especially in the Big East.

How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

I simmed the rest of my 12th(not sure) season and went 22-9 and lost in the 1st round by USC. I won Conference Coach of Year(6th time) and my 10th straight 20+ win season. Camara won CPOY with 18.8. My FR PF won CFOY.
I have a decision to make. I saved right before the championship game. I got an offer from LSU who won the Championship(coach retired). I was like GTFOH. That would be a great job since they only have 1 SR and he isnt best player. I could go win a ring with them. I tryed again and I got a offer from Texas. Different story. They have 5 SRs. Heck they only have 1 Player who is not a JR or SR. I would have to focus on recruiting, but they have a roster I can win a ring with.
I have to choose. Do I go with the team who Just won a ring and has a HIGH chance of repeating without me and only has 1 SR leaving. Or Do I go for the team who has 5 SRs leaving, but has a great recruiting area and still have a shot at the ring?
Either school I am going to stay their for rest of career. I will make backup saves(already made one for LSU) and see how their recruits are and will make a decision very shortly

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

I am choosing Texas. LSU signed the #2 player in class. But I have a shot at great recruits next year with Texas. Plus I wanted to go to Texas anyway.
They signed 5 players. 3 4* and 2 3*. 2 SGs, 2 PFs and 1 PG. 4 of the five players have B 3pt or better. So, they fit my scheme. They have no centers, so that could be a problem. PF and SG spot is good for years to come. Have to sign 1 PG, 2 SFs, and 2 Cs next year. I will have 7 SRs next year.
Even though I didnt recruit for them(besides for next year) I was still credited for having a top 20 class. We were #14. I will have at least 2 coach boosts next year.
We are ranked #14 to start year. I decided to RS all the FR we got, since I am simming anyway.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

I am currently at the end of Early Recruit Signing Period. We are 10-0 and ranked #3. I signed a 5 star Center, 7'2 300 pounds. He was a huge get. I signed a 3 star Center and a 4 star SF and a 3 star PG. All of those were must have. I have 3 more scholarships left on the table for the offseason. 2 four star recruits and a 3 star guy. All 3 I am #1 in the interest level. If I am able to sign all 3 of them(SF, PG, C) I will defintely be set for the next 3+ year. I would have 3 Centers, 3 PGs, 2 SFs, 2 SGs, and 2 PFs that will all be either Freshman or RS Freshman. MY entire team could be made of FR next year. I could possibly have the top class, if not top 5. Heck I might be able to win a ring this year since I have a Vet team with 7 SRs, then rebuild with the FRs. I will play the NCAA Tournament.
While I was simming, we was undefeated and got the #1 spot. I dont care about anything else besides recruiting until NCAA Tournament because that is another Coach Grade boost I can use. I will have 3 so far. There are a few more I COULD get. Like NCAA Championship, COY, Player Chose in Draft, NCAA All-American, Top Recruiting Class. So that is a possible 8 coach boosts.

I finish the season 29-6 and ranked #6. I am a #1 seed in the west(1st time in Texas History, pre-2007). We won both Regular Season(6th) and Conference Tournmant titles(4th). This is my 8th NCAA Tournament appearance. This is my 11th straight 20+ win season. Gonzaga went 23-8 without me.
I face Wake Forest in second round of playoffs(simmed 1st game). This is my 4th 30+ win season.

I will have a 8 man rotation in the tournament. So, I can afford to get in foul trouble at all. I havent played with Texas yet. But, they have similar players on their roster that I had with Gonzaga. Fast PG with 3pt abilty. Fast SG with great Mid game. I dont have any created plays that fit him, not sure I will create any since is a SR. They have a great defense team. My biggest Problem is 5 spot. With no Centers and no one over 6'8(maybe 6'9), I will have problems in later rounds. All my 8 rotation players have over 90% confidence(most are at 100%). I used Pep Talks for my RSed FR to keep their spirits high and prevent any chances of transfers.

We barely beat Wake Forest in the 2nd round. We had to rally to win. Our lack of size will really hurt us in later rounds. I forced the issue with the 3 since I am not confident with my low post shooters. We dont have a guy over 225 on my 8-man rotation.
We face Dayton Flyers in the 3rd round

I am playing shorter quarters in the tournament. I face ND in the Final 4.

We got blowed out against Norte Dame in the Final Four by 21, We didnt even lose the Rebound battle. We were down 1 at the half. But, our shots werent going down and I got REALLY careless with the ball. Overall, I am not disappointed. I finished with a 33-6 record.
                                I coached a All-American(SG, 2nd team). I won Conference Coach of Year(7th). I had a player get drafted. I had 5 coach boosts. I got everything to A- or better besides Discipline(havent touch it). I have a A- Coach grade. I have a 312 and 115 record.
I signed the 3 players I was recruiting and I will focus on Future classes. I had the 15th ranked class(lower than expected)
